I keep a bottle in my purse and one at my bedside. I was in Denver recently with my daughter at the hospital and I went into their pharmacy and noticed they carried Hylands. This works just as well , actually faster than the old time quinine which has become prescription only and very expensive. No bitter taste! Perfect for leg cramps that wake you up..this works so well, you can get back to sleep quickly. Would like to be able to purchase it in a larger size ie more pills to the bottle.
