I really wanted to like this product - and note I've never been moved to write a review before this - but this stuff was just awful. This stuff seemed to alleviate some symptoms when I took it the first day, although I had a slightly groggy, lethargic feeling... but I could deal with that for some relief. However, over the next 2-3 days, I began to notice that as I took this I felt more and more tired (could hardly get out of bed) and it seemed to alter my mood (not in a good way) - just imagine how you would feel if you had 10 Benadryl in your system - that's what this stuff ended up feeling like to me! As soon as I stopped taking it, within a few hours to one day, my mood and energy levels came completely back. That cannot be a coincidence. Can't take it due to the side effects it left me with. Just a word of warning to the rest of you.

Adults, for acute symptoms, take 15 drops under the tongue every 3-4 hours. For continued allergy relief, take 15 drops under the tongue 3 times daily. Children 2-12 years of age, take 3-5 drops under the tongue 3 times daily. Dosage for sensitive persons and asthma sufferers is contained in the package insert.
