I have very dry skin on my head (probably from previous chemotherapy) and get a build up of skin cells that only Nizoral can alleviate. Nizoral is a necessary product but should be used with caution as it has some toxins in it. Other than these caveats, I like this product and will continue to use it.

Does the trick! I only need to use it about once a week it works so well.

My scalp can get flaky when it is the dry season, this shampoo has stopped the itching and the flakes. I only use it once or twice a week. Very happy I tried it out, highly recommended.

Like another reviewer, my primary care doctor recommended I use this product to help treat my acne rocasea! I know it sounds a bit strange, but somehow there might be a correlation between the dandruff and the breakouts. One thing is for sure, the dandruff is gone! I only use it as directed so it is not too harsh on my highlited hair. As far as the acne rocasea, I'm also on antibiotics and use salisylic acid product, so I'm not sure if it really has an effect on the skin condition.

Good product, cleans hair and helps the hair be less itchy if you use it 2-3 times per week. I also condition after washing several times.

Moved to crazy dry Colorado from the humid mid-Atlantic region, and ended up breaking my arm snowboarding - the combo made me super dry and unable to take real showers (my husband washed my hair in the sink for three weeks - not ideal). I got terrible, itchy dandruff that wouldn't go away until I tried this shampoo. The flakes were very noticeable as I have nearly black, short hair. Was using another popular dandruff shampoo that stopped working completely. It has been just over a week since I started using this product daily, and the dandruff has almost completely cleared up - I can't even notice it! Give me another week and I'm sure I'll be completely flake free. Also, it is slightly scented, but in a good way. Not that gross chemical smell other dandruff shampoos often have at all. Yay!!

Twice a week and this product seems to help me more than other active ingredients. Will buy this again for sure. No medicine smell, lathers very well, and seems to get rid of excess oil without drying the hair or scalp--at least in my case.

left my hair soooooo silky soft unlike T-gel, selsun blue,head and shoulders, tea tree shampoo and dermarest.. This shampoo w/ a squirt of scalpicin every 3 days works perfectly. Enjoy your new sanity and freedom!
