I will find out soon if I am pregnant. I know that it is working because it shows exactly when you are ovulating which is the same time that I get all the symptoms of ovulation. It just puts my mind at ease knowing that it's no longer guess work for me. Now I just have to wait.

This is product is great for knowing when your fertile. However as a 28 year old with no fertility issues. This product did not work for me in a month or in three months.. I am now on month four. Who knows.

This product is fine and certainly helpful. I'm a mother to a one-year old and trying to conceive again. My hormones are still a bit out of whack, and so the CBFM is helpful in trying to pinpoint my new post-first baby cycle. I conceived my first child without the use of fertility monitors or testing (I was lucky; just tried based on an ovulation calculator and cervical mucus and was pregnant on the third try). I'm in my second month of using the monitor and I get the sense that the monitor is still trying to "figure out" my cycle. The first go, I had several highs, followed by two peaks (days 16 & 17), followed by a few lows. This month, I've had 13 highs, but based on "other" monitoring, I ovulated sometime around days 14 - 16. It'll be interesting to see what month three generates . . . though I can't help but wonder if my tried-and-true cervical mucus charting works better for me. I also wonder if I have a hard-to-detect or short LH surge. Time will tell! Overall - so far and for me - the product is interesting and hopefully more accurate as it collects more "data" so to speak. I envy the folks for whom it works like a charm! One of the reasons I wrote this review was I was compelled to comment to a reviewer to boldly stated to another reviewer " Did you ever think maybe its YOU who is not ovulating?" Reviewer: Once someone decides to try to become pregnant, that person wants to become pregnant NOW. Waiting and wondering is not easy whether it's one month or 7 years. And understandably, people feel frustration (myself included) when any ounce of potential hope for information (e.g., the CBFM results) doesn't seem to work the way she hoped it would. Be kind to one another during this process. Focus on your independent experience and offer it here as something that might help others. It pains me to see someone/some people use this forum to attack or criticize others who have only expressed their individual experience and frustration. Based on what I've read, it works for some folks and not so much for others. Maybe it's technical (user-error, the independent machine), maybe it's hormonal (low lh, not ovulating)! I'm one of those people who never write reviews online, but felt compelled to write about this product. With my first child I got pregnant without much effort. I tracked my cycle on my own for a few months, could easily tell I was ovulating and got pregnant on the first try. But when it came time to try for a second baby, I could not get a handle on my cycle. I tried for a few months to keep track of what I thought were signs of ovulation, but was wrong every month. I was stressing myself out and spending way too much time worrying about my cycle so I decided to buy this monitor to ease the stress. I was skeptical because I got 11 days of low fertility, then high fertility for 10 straight days. I was convinced the monitor didn't work or I was never going to ovulate. Then to my surprise on Day 21 I hit peak fertility! Had intercourse that evening. Had peak fertility for one more day but wasn't able to have intercourse that day so I thought for sure I wouldn't conceive. But I did and now I'm 4 months pregnant! I'm sure there are some flaws with this monitor and it may not work for everyone, but for me it took away the guess work. I can definitely see how it may take a few months for it to learn your cycle, but stay with it! It may take time but it CAN work!

We had been hoping to conceive for almost a year but weren't really trying too hard. Once we got serious about it I bought this and it worked the first month we used it. Turns out I was ovulating much earlier than I thought. This was totally worth the money and so easy to use. Wish I had bought it months ago. You do have to start using it within I believe 5 days of starting your period, so if you are trying to conceive, don't wait, buy this now!

I went to a Dr. that said I had a 1% chance of getting pregnant without "aggressive intervention". I bought the monitor to try for afew months before I was willing to do IUI or IVF. I feel that by using the monitor, some of the stress from what the Dr. told me has been lessened. It is only the first month that I have had the monitor, but it did show peak days and I will hope for a positive pregnancy test in a couple of weeks.

I read the reviews before I bought this product and saw so many women saying that conceived the first month they used it. I had my doubts but I figured it was worth a shot and I also got pregnant the first month we used it. We had been trying to conceive for about 6 months and this worked right away for us. I am now 27 weeks pregnant with a baby boy and I am overjoyed. I highly recommend this to anyone trying to get pregnant, it is well worth the money!

We purchased the fertility monitor at the end of the year with the hopes of conceiving in 2010. I used it in December just to "try it out" before we really started trying...and low and behold, I'm pregnant! I'm almost 40 and have never been pregnant, so I thought I would have a difficult time conceiving. What a relief! It is ABSOLUTELY worth the price because it works. Good luck.

This is really helpful for tracking ovulation.After we bought this product i got pregnant in the second month.

I purchased this product after trying for several months to use and interpret the other disposable sticks which are difficult to read as they leave it up to your interpretation. This monitor very accurately predicts ovulation dates as well as the peak times which fertility is the highest. Although I have not conceived yet, I have several friends/family members who have used this product with outstanding success. The lack of conception to this point is not the fault of the monitor. I would totally recommend this product to anyone.
