Bottom Line: not recommended
I just buy the big bottle of soy tablets, works just as well (?). Wish there weren't so many over priced garbage products out there for the old personal summer moments. Wish something worked!

I was the hot flash queen, and then I started taking Healthy Woman Soy Supplement. My family and our friends noticed a difference in me in just a couple of weeks. I wasn't as moody or jumpy. After daily HOURS of hot flashes and headaches, I bought this out of desperation. Frankly I seriously doubted it would help, but the problems are GONE! I admit ramping to 3 a day to fully eliminate the symptoms, although 1 a day was hugely helpful (it's packaged at 1 a day). I had breast cancer, but my doctor feels it's safe. He explained Asian women eat mountains of soy with little breast cancer incidence. Their incidence only rises if they eat a Western diet and reduce soy intake. Your mileage may vary, and of course talk with your physician first.
