Good after a workout

Pros: Goes Down Easy, Good Taste, Good Value, Nutritional, Provides A Boost

Best Uses: As A Snack

Bottom Line: recommended

My teenage son eats these after his intense martial arts workouts, since that's a good time for a boost of protein and carbs. They taste good, or he wouldn't eat them.
