Sometimes a little strategically applied Tiget Balm is the only thing that can get me to sleep when I have a really bad migraine. I apply it on my temples and brow and am able to get through it. Great for achy muscles and joints too.

I was told about Tiger Balm by some of my Cambodian friends. I used it for minor headaches. I discovered that the aromatic properties where fantastic. I will use a very small amount under my nose when congested and it will allow me to breath, and get the sleep I need. I have a bottle at home, my overnight bag, and my camping first aid kit.

This stuff is GREAT! If you have a strained or sore muscle it really helps a lot! Careful though it gets pretty hot but that means it is working!
