This stuff is amazing. A tiny amount in the palm is enough to comfortably wash my hair *and* the rest of my body. You get so much out of so little - it's the most economical soap I've ever come across. I love this stuff and am introducing it to friends and family now.

I purchased Dr. Bronner's almond soap and peppermint soap to use in a 'recipe' to make natural household cleaners. The bottle is worth the money. The consistency is thin and you dont need much. The almond has a very pleasant scent, but I find the peppermint much more refreshing, for cleaning around the house and for use in the shower. (Dr. Bronner also makes a Peppermint Organic Lotion for about [$], which is not offered by drugstore.com. but would be a great compliment to the peppermint soap.)

We love this soap. Even use it on the kids (and handwash sweaters!). Find that our skin is much less dry when we use it. Packaging isn't pretty (and seems preachy, but I think that's wallpaper). Love that it's eco and animal friendly. Simple, pure and lovely stuff.

I've always been quite fond of Dr. Bronners soap. The peppermint is a littl too bracing for me, but this is just about perfect. The almond scent is noticable, but withou tbeing cloyingly marzipan sweet. It's sticks around on the skin *very* lightly after the shower for a couple of hours. I've got some pretty intense allergies to many artifical scents, and this stuff doesn't trigger any of them. You can dilute this product by about half with plain old water, and it's just about right, strength-wise. If you're at all prone to dry skin, find a lotion you're find of to use while your skin is still damp. You'll want it. This soap has a tendancy to strip all the oil if can find right out of your skin. The only other con I can think of for this product is, if you have a slow drain, it leaves fierce ring around the tub. It's easy to get rid of, but, it looks awful at first glance. Take little bottles of this stuff backpacking/camping! It's completely biodegradable, so if you have to wash up in a river, youcan do so without worrying too much about what you might be killing downstream.

I'm an organic/natural product fiend. I've tried almost everything I can find! This is the longest lasting and best smelling. If you have an old bottle that dispenses foaming handwash, you can use it as a pump for this. I've done it and used it as a body wash.
