Directions

(Adult) Start with 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening. Increase intake by 1 tablet every other day until you achieve 2-3 formed bowl movements per day. Do not exceed 3 tablets twice per day. Once you find the correct number of tablets you can continue with that amount for enhanced internal cleansing for up to 30 days. Do not exceed 30 days of continual use of this product. Take only as much product as is needed to achieve 2-3 good bowl movements per day. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.

I bought this product because I decided to do a five-day body detox/colon cleanse, and needed a supplement that would really help the colon cleanse part. After a lot of research, this product won me over for being budget-friendly and effective. After five days of using Super Cleanse, I'm pretty happy with it. During my cleanse, I followed a strict diet of fruits and veggies, brown rice, water, and all-natural juices only, so it's hard to say whether or not my success was because of the diet or the product ... I'm hoping both. I had to take two SC capsules twice a day to achieve 3-4 bowel movements per day, and that was perfect for me because I felt really flushed out. I experienced a little cramping and bloating here and there, but nothing severe. My only complaint is that they have a strong black licorice flavor, and I HATE that flavor a lot, so it was hard for me to swallow the pills. Overall, though, a good experience with my first cleanse. I would definitely use it again just because of the price. I'm not a strong believer in those fancy cleansers, so this one does the trick for me. I really just wish the licorice flavor wasn't so strong!

I have had irregularity ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 3/11/08 I have had irregularity problems since I was a child and was put on shakes. As an adult I've tried every type of product from psyllium, to vegetable fiber and other laxatives with varying degrees but they have either not worked well, or gave me excruciating cramps with diarrhea. This is the first product that worked just like it said it does. I've been using now for about three weeks and have a movement at least once per day which is something I've never had before! (I would sometimes go up to several days without a movement - and this with my regular diet being very high in vegetables like broccoli and spinach and no red meat!) I've already recommended this product to friends that have digestive problems.

It's common to get a headache when your system is detoxifying. You should notice that as your system cleanses itself, the headaches will go away. Usually in about 2 to 3 days depending how "toxic" your system has gotten. I like this product. Will continue to use it.

I have IBS with ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 1/15/07 I have IBS with constipation. Super Cleanse is great. Take as directed and you shouldn't have any problems. With other softeners and cleansers I would get terrible cramping and feel very sick. Not with this. it's the first thing I've ever taken that works!!!

After trying prescription medication, lots of exercise, water and fiber, nothing has worked better than this product. I take two a day, one in the morning and one in the evening. If necessary I add one or two during the day. It's rarely necessary to do that, though. Try it; it will solve your regularity problems, and you'll feel better than ever.

I was suffering from always feeling bloated and could not focus on anything. Now, my energy and concentration levels have returned to normal. I feel like a new woman and all by taking this wonderful product. It took a couple of weeks for my body to acclimate to it, but the waiting paid off big time! Remember, what works for one person may not work for another, so you have to try it for yourself and stick with it to see results.
