I'm very pleased with these multi-vitamins. Drugstore.com sent them to me very fresh, which surprised me. I've gotten these before at my local GNC and they weren't as good. The pills are fairly big. So if you have a hard time with pills, you may want to look into the liquid form of this product. I prefer these though.
