I use this to remove my mascara and other eye makeup. It removes even the waterproof mascara easily. Love this oil-free product. So far its the only one I have used that does not iritate my eyes. Removes the makeup quickly and easily. This is my third bottle of Neutrogena Oil-free Mascara Remover and will continue using this brand as long as its available. The only negative thing I can say is I wish it came in a larger size bottle as I use it daily.

I really love this stuff. It takes the waterproof eyeliner easily and doesn't sting my eyes like some eye make up removers do. Doesn't leave a oilly residue. For the price you can beat it.

I used to buy Clinique "take the day off" cleanser and it was too expensive, so I thought I'd try this. I am so relieved to find that it is just as great at taking off my eyeliner & mascara gently.. I just put a little on a cotton ball, or a wad of tissue, and wipe it all away. No harsh scrubbing. Fantastic!

THIS IS by far, the best eye makeup remover I have ever used!!! I wear mascara daily and at the end of the day, ...it ushally takes a while to take it off, AND irritates my eyes. I just started using this a few days ago, and I was very surprised @ how easy and fast it took my makeup off!!! There is a little oil but maybe from the Aloe Vera? Nevertheless, I would recommend this 100%!

I put this on a cotton pad to remove waterproof mascara. It works great, isn't greasy, washes off easily and doesn't bother my very allergetic eyes.

I bought this product because there was a GWP (free lipstick) and it had such good reviews. The product works, but I like makeup remover pads better - just my personal choice. I use this product to quick clean my makeup brushes, especially my concealer, foundation and eyeshadow brushes. I pour a small amount in the cap and swirl my brushes around and do a quick rinse. It leaves my makeup brushes super clean and oil free.

I started using mascara that was water proof. I had a sample of a very expensive product that I loved but didn't want to pay the price. Since Neutrogena has good products, I tried this one. It is very similar to the expensive brand without the high price tag. I am very pleased.

I only use waterproof mascra and it works great! It doens't sting if you get it in your eyes. Just make sure you shake it well. Buy it...its worth every penny!

It doesn't seem to be non-oily as claimed. It leaves greasy feel and stings my eyes. I have used L'oreal eye makeup remover before and L'oreal gentle make up remover can work better than this in terms for sensitive eyes. In terms of removing, it has done a good quick job. It works very well with waterproof eye make up. Recommended for heavy eye makeup users. The only bad thing is that it is a open bottle. Once u topple it, ur money is gone.
