I have relaxed hair (which needs a touch up) and have used this product twice in hopes that i can start eliminating the relaxing process and go back to natural hair. After shampooing with Phytobrush and applying the defrisant as instructed, I definitely see results in frizz control, but no shine. Therefore this product is fair.

I have fine, slightly wavy hair and am always looking for a good product to control frizz, without weighing my hair down. THis product is great. I would definitely recommend and a little goes a long way!

I debated and debated over and over on purchaseing this product. Most reviews gave a lot of encouraging hope so I spent the money. After a week of useing this I became very discouraged! My hair seamed to be dried out and broke off in places. I am Bi-racial (b/w) and Have not found anything yet to give me non-frizzy silky hair as some of you have. I may have not given it a fair chance but I am very impatient!! I will not be buying this again.

I must say that initially I was quite unimpressed with this product - it didn't seem to do much for the structure of my hair for the first few weeks. Well, I've been using it for about 2 months now and I think I will probably continue buying it. This product seems to work over time rather than suddenly - my curly/thick/course hair has become like spun silk, never frizzes, and seems much healthier. One week I didn't use they Phytodefrisant and I immediately noticed a difference in the feel of my hair and my frizz increased 10 fold. This product does last a while, but it's still expensive. I will likely buy the larger size next time to get a better value.

This product is more expensive than my normal fare, but based on the reviews I decided to try it. I have thick, long, chemically relaxed hair and this product will actually tame the frizz. I run it through towel-dried hair and then let my hair air dry and use a Hot Tools hatchet dryer with a brush attachment to get the last bit of moisture out and to straighten out my hair. I practically get salon straight hair. My only complaint is that I have to use a lot of it to control my hair, so the product does not go far. It is still cheaper than going to a salon though.

I have fine, thin hair that has sustained a bit of damage from coloring and drying with heat. Nevertheless, it hasn't been savaged; it's just a little dull with a tendency to frizz a bit. This product is perfect for my not-quite-straight, not-quite-wavy hair. It gently conditions, straightens and provides hold when I style with a blow dryer. Since my hair has a tendency to become oily within 16-18 hours, I have problems with typical "balms" that make my hair appear filthy before the day is out. However, this product keeps my hair looking fresh with a healthy sheen! I'd definitely recommend it for similar hair types.

I must be using this product in an alternate universe or something because the product did NOTHING for my fine, relaxed hair. I've used far less expensive serums that exceeded this glop. Now, the shampoo is a whole different soap opera there. My hair did not feel moisturized for what I paid for it. I had to use my Dove conditioner to soften my hair after shampooing with the Phyto. I couldn't believe it. Well, you can't please everyone all the time. My ideal product is out there just waiting.
