Amazing. Just amazing. I have very thick, curly/wavy hair that is INCREDIBLY dry. This, with my soap bars, makes my hair smooth and soft to the touch, and helps with some of the rougher tangles. Plus, my boyfriend loves the smell. :) Speaking of which, it is kinda hard to describe. Sometimes it smells like ripe strawberries, sometimes it smells likes appricots, and sometimes it just smells...odd. But, regardless, I love this product.

I use the product before shampooing and it keeps the shampoo from striping your hair and making it feel dry. Its great because it make the hair soft and managable and saturated at just the right amount if instructions are followed carefully. A generous amount is needed for thick curly hair and the product mayfinish to quickly for the amount you paid, but it's worth it.

This is nothing more than "green goo" that stinks. I have long hair extensions and I thought I would try this based on the reviews. I squeezed it out of the tube and the smell was gross. Then, I rubbed it into the hair extensions and it soaked in immediately, and I tried to run a large comb through my hair, and it would barely budge. Not sure what the fuss is all about. I am not impressed, and I had to use half of the tube, just to cover my hair. Not worth the money if you have long hair.

I wanted to like this product, but it just doesn't work with my fine, shoulder length hair. I followed instructions, used it before shampoo on wet hair, and my hair was a hot mess afterwards. It dried out my ends and left my roots greasy. This would probably work best for thick and/or curly hair. I haven't tried it as a pomade, but I will not be purchasing this again.

when i say i have been through alot i have been through alot. i have been looking for things that helps me manage my hair better when it has two textures (perm/new growth). it detangles and helps with the shedding. it also makes my hair shinny. i found this stuff through hairfinity and traycee from kiss. they help with all hair types and trust me if it wasnt for them i would be perming my hair every 6 wks.

Use before shampooing.
Wet hair completely. Massage one tablespoon of Avocado Butter Pre-Shampoo Treatment into scalp and through hair concentrating on ends and other damaged areas. Comb through with a wide-toothed comb.
Leave on for 15 minutes or longer for intensive conditioning.
Rinse hair and scalp thoroughly.
Shampoo as usual.
Use daily or as needed.

As a styling aid, rub a small amount into palms and apply to damp or dry hair. Style as usual.
