I bought this because i have very dry skin and most foaming cleansers dry out my face. Additionally, i find washing my face with them to be annoying. This stuff goes on very easily, and is very similar to vaseline. Wiping it off takes off almost all makeup and dirt and leaves face moisturized and in better condition than before. I use it only at night though, because it would be hard to apply makeup over this.

I have used this product for over 50 years. I have tried others and have always gone back to my Albolene. Over that time I have gone from 20's to 70. From sun to snow to sun. It still works and my skin looks good!

This is definitely my lazy day makeup remover..when I really don't feel like washing my face! It works great when I use it, I just don't use it regularly. Very effective at removing eye makeup and leaves my face very soft and moisturized. My sister has used it a few times and she also really likes it.

Probably the best makeup remover that I have ever used. Not only did it take off all of my makeup, but it left my fact feeling soft & plump from moisture afterwards. This is important to me as I live in Phoenix where it is extremely dry most of the year & I need to keep moisture in my face.I thought it was so good that I was going to tell my sister who lives in Texas about it but she beat me to it & told me that she started using it just a few days earlier. [@] It got a low rating for toxins so we both independently without the other knowing decided to try it.I did not use this to remove my mascara but only on my face to take off my foundation, blusher & makeup under my eyes. I am very careful about what I use directly on my eyes meaning my eye lashes since I wear contacts. But it worked beautifully on my other makeup & I will certainly buy it again as it was very effective & the price was great.

I have been using this product for 20+ years...my mother used it when I was growing up. It's so easy to use and no need to wash face after using it. Apply it and tissue off. Makes face feel silky smooth.

I have been searching for a product that will not dry out my skin! I have dry skin in the winter months and it is rough and flaky on my cheeks. I love this stuff. It works better than a Lancome product I have been buying that costs me 75.00 a tub. Wonderfullty soft skin but not greasy. I was worried when I first put it on that it would leave a greasy film but it did not! I am hooked and how nice to be able to get something that works for this price! I knew my mother was always right.

It removes waterproof mascara so quickly and easily with little tugging and rubbing, and does such a fabulous job moisturizing the skin around my eyes. At 47, I have NO CROWS FEET and I swear its because I've used Albolene cream since my mid 20s. However, I use a damp washcloth to remove it from my face instead of a tissue. This method seems to remove the "film" that some people describe as being left behind. My mom uses it, my sister uses it, my cousins use it, and I recommend it to everyone!
