	I have been using this product for more than 20 years, and I can't live without it! It removes waterproof mascara so quickly and easily with little tugging and rubbing, and does such a fabulous job moisturizing the skin around my eyes. At 47, I have NO CROWS FEET and I swear its because I've used Albolene cream since my mid 20s. However, I use a damp washcloth to remove it from my face instead of a tissue. This method seems to remove the "film" that some people describe as being left behind. 	Albolene has been used for years to remove makeup, soften dry skin on any part of the body, soothe windburn and sunburn, and as an overnight beauty treatment. It's also useful for cleaning a man's hands of grease (works better than GO-JO or GOOP). 	Wow, this stuff is amazing! I wish I had found it sooner. It's the only makeup remover I've found so far that makes my sensitive skin feel soft and smooth. 	Bleh!! I wish I knew before I ordered this that it's a balm and not a cream. It barely took off my makeup (and I wear very little) and it left this gross film on my skin, so I ended up washing my face anyway! The texture of this reminds me of Vaseline. I'm shocked how many great reviews this has gotten, that's why I bought it!! Maybe I'm using it wrong, but either way, this stuff is definitely not for me. -- Anonymous on December 14, 2005
	I moved to a dry climate from the North Coast and the skin on my legs dried out so much I was scratching them until they bled. A doctor recommended Albolene. She told me that elderly patients have the same problem. She said to apply a layer of Albolene to my skin immediately after showering and while still wet, and then pat dry with a towel. It works great. At first I used it daily but now I only have to use it once or twice a week. No more flaky skin for me and I can wear shorts during the summer once again! -- Kris on November 6, 2005
	The women in my family suffer from extremely sensitive skin, and this is the only make-up remover that doesn't sting our skin. Albolene is a wonderful secret that has been used for years! My grandmother used it, my mom uses it, and now I can't live without it either! Easily takes off eye make-up, waterproof mascara is no match for Albolene. 	I work in theatrical makeup application, and this product takes off every bit of the makeup, which is often oil based or cakey with TONS of powder packed on top of it. While this is by far one of my favorite products for removing thick makeup, it does seem to leave a bit of a film on skin that isn't normally very dry, so many people have to follow up with a more normal, foaming cleanser. -- Anonymous on January 30, 2005
	Since I've tried this product I'm hooked. I have sensitive dry skin and this product works great on my skin. I've spent so much money on department store cleansers and they all dry my skin.
