I would not reccomend buying this product unless you are an expert at applying self-tanners. Though it does give your skin nice color, it leaves your skin streaky and blotchy. It also takes a while for it to completly settle and absorb into your skin. Above all, I would not recomend this product for anyone who has never used a self tanning product before.

Sprayed this all over last night and this morning....nothing. No color at all. The bottle was purchased just yesterday and is not expired. It just didn't work on smooth, white skin :(

I have been using sunless tanners for over 20 years beginning with Estee Lauder. I have used foams, lotions and sprays. I recently had a personal spray tan where a person actually sprayed a sugar product on me. I paid a total of $60 to have the proceedure done on 2 consecutive days, and was disappointed. I get better results using the micromist from Neutrogena. Here are some helpful hints. Use the product at night before you go to bed. Do not shower or shave before hand. Shaving will create the little dots effect. Always rub the product in and use a hairdyrer to speed drying time. After one hour, reapply then go to bed. It is best not to have plans the next day in case you need to do some touch-ups. Be very careful around your feet, ankles and nails. Press your foot onto a stool and try to simulate where the sun actually hits your foot taking care around excessively dry areas like your heels and between your toes. I wouldn't plan on wearing flip flops or sandals until you perfect this area. After you have rubbed the product in wash your hands with soapy water being careful to only get your hands wet, not your arm. Then dry hands thoroughtly and spray the tops of your hands lightly, rubbing the backs of them together gently. Try not to breathe in the product and walk out of the room frequently. For the price I do recommend this product. With some practice and patience you should achieve great results.

Left me w/spots and streaks. I did exactly as instructed, tried it twice, and had the same poor results. Won't be using again.

I've tried many "natural color" self tanners. This one definitely isn't the best. It has the worst smell of them all and ends up turning your skin an orange color instead of the natural brownish tan. It is easy to apply but I would recommend using the coppertone spray, it's cheaper too.

I have been using this product for about 2 years. I really like the results! I hate the smell, but haven't found another product that delivers the same color results without an odor. Even though the directions say to simply spray it on, I spray and then rub it in so as not to get a streaky look and it works great.

This is a pretty good product. It goes on good (I did rub it in). However the amount of color it gives is slight also it comes off in the shower so you have to apply it every night, or day. I am trying others before buying this one again

Can I just say, "Cough, cough". I can't breathe with this stuff. It is terrible. I could never achieve a smooth finish without over-laps or missing entire sections. Also even with the 3 shades darker spray it look at least two applications (and I am olive/medium skin toned) which means you have no idea what you're going to look like in six hours. I really recommend Banana Boat's Summer Color sun-less tanning lotion. It moisturizes and you can see color development pretty quickly.

I love this. I used it last night and it was SO easy to apply. I did not rub it in I just let it dry on my skin. The outcome is a slight tan. You are not going to see a huge dramatic difference with this product. And for reference, I am a very pale olive, almost considered very fair. You will not get orange patches, streaks or splotches with this. I applied mine in a circular motion, starting with my legs (stuck over the shower stall, then I stepped in the shower (be careful, it'll be wet) and do my torso, arms chest neck and then step out to do my face. I would have a small fan going in the room to disperse the mist a bit so there is not so much of a concentration. I love this. Bought 2 cans and will use this over and over again.
