I haven't seen any improvement. I use this as a neck cream because it isn't doing anything on my face/scars but breaking me out. This is a VERY rich cream.

I had a body lift and an arm and thigh lift after losing close to 100 pounds. I've used this creme consistently on my Arm Scars and while I can't say that it has actually faded them as compared to my other scars, it does feel good going onto my scars and my arms FEEL better after using it. So NO it doesn't seem to help fade the scars but it most certainly makes them feel BETTER!

I had breast surgery two years ago. The scars around were hard and reddened. I just finished my first bottle and am ordering the second bottle. I had very good results with this product.
