i got this cause i dnt want all that chemicals in ma hair and i have thick and course hair and very dry. i love it it smells great its not bad for ur hair it keeps it manageable theirs just one thing it didnt do for me is it really didnt moisterize my hair still was dry

I have tried everything for my dry, itchy, dandruffy scalp and nothing works. I read that some people are sensitive to sodium laureth/lauryl sufate, so I decided to try this shampoo as it is free of SLS. Success! For the first time in years, my scalp is not irritated and itchy. I'm not crazy about the smell. It's not awful - just kind of strange. I also tried the Whenever shampoo and liked it, too. I color my hair and this seems to give it the right amount of moisture. The conditioner is nice, too.

I have straight, stubborn, Asian hair. This stuff actually softens my hair so it doesn't stick up all the time anymore. I can actually pull off that messy, layered look--like everyone's favorite underachiever. However--and this is the big catch--something in the shampoo makes my hair really thin (think: anorexic) and makes me lose my hair when I lather. I have the Miss Treated conditioner, and it is just fine. But it seems that other people have noticed that this thing is really stringent. Definitely do not use this product on back to back days or even week to week, perhaps.

Really bad shampoo, and misleading. It's not an organic shampoo, and it's not gentle or good for colored, dry, or damaged hair. BEWARE! and be warned. Pantene now makes a shampoo that comes in a tube for hair in need of moisture, and it's wonderful. May not have much in the way of scent, and it's got those marvelous modern chemicals that people love to hate, but it leaves my hair soft and that's what I want.

OK, heres the deal: I love, love the smell. It is soo unique, but natural. Also the bottle is very pretty and Kiss My Face products are great in general. I have color-treated hair that is a little dry and wanted to help it like the bottle says. It doesn't lather much, which makes me use more (not a good thing for the price). If I don't, I get oily spots left. The first few days I used it it was wonderful, pretty much everything it is supposed to do. Now though, after about 1/4 of the bottle, my hair is getting dry? It doesn't feel dry, but my scalp is itchy and now I have a little dandruff, which I don't normally get!! I'm using Head & Shoulder's now, which doesn't make my hair look as pretty! Hopefully I can go back to it, but for now, it makes my scalp itch and my hair feel a little dry after it's blow-dried.

This is a good shampoo, but I would not recommend it for use every day. It seems to make my hair dry, so I always have to use a really good conditioner with it.

I have naturally dry and unmanageable hair. On top of that, it's color treated. Many hair care products make my hair into a solid, dry even while it's damp, lump. This shampoo and its matching conditioner make my hair soft and silky. I love the slightly herbal smell also. It doesn't lather as much as some shampoos, but lather is typically produced by additives that are harmful to the environment and are not necessary for cleansing, so that is a good thing.

This shampoo didn't lather very well but it still made my hair and scalp feel clean. The aroma was a little stronger than I'd like but created a very awakening, invigorating atmosphere in the shower. I don't normally use conditioner on my hair as I prefer a spray-in detangler, but I have color-treated hair and this shampoo did not leave it dry or unmanageable. An overall pleasant and satisfying experience!

I love this shampoo, and I am very picky about my products. The smell is very therapeutic and it leaves my hair soft and shiny.

This is actually one of my favorite shampoos so I want to speak for it after seeing those bad reviews. I am not a specialist, but I like the smell and the feeling is clean and good.
