philosophy®:  1/4 c. butter, 2 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 c. milk, 1 egg, 2 tbsp. margarine, 1 1/4 c. confectioner's sugar, 1 c. milk, cinnamon and sugar to sprinkle.  mix all ingredients except flour.  let set until mixture bubbles.  stir in flour gradually to desired stiffness, knead gently to 1/2 inch thickness. sprinkle cinnamon & sugar.  roll, slice, and bake.
