Apply one mL with dropper 2 times a day directly onto the scalp in the hair loss area Using more or more often will not improve results Continued use is necessary to increase and keep your hair regrowth or hair loss will begin again Other information: See hair loss pictures on side of carton Before use, read all information on carton and enclosed booklet Keep the carton.  It contains important information. Hair regrowth has not been shown to last longer than 48 weeks in large clinical trials with continuous treatments with 5% minoxidil topical solution for men In clinical studies with mostly white men aged 18-49 years with moderate degrees of hair loss, 5% minoxidil topical solution for men provided more hair regrowth than 2% minoxidil topical solution Store at controlled room temperature 20° to 25°C (68° to 77°F) Using the Dropper Applicator: Line up arrows on bottle and over cap and pull off the over cap Remove inner cap by pushing and turning in direction of the arrows on the cap. Squeeze the rubber bulb and insert the dropper into the bottle.  Release the bulb, allowing the dropper to fill to the 1 mL line.  If the level of the solution is above the 1 mL line, squeeze the extra amount back into the bottle. Place the tip near the part of the scalp you want to treat and gently squeeze the bulb to gradually release the solution.  To prevent the solution from running off the scalp, apply a small amount at a time. After each use attach the dropper to the bottle to make it child-resistant by turning it clockwise until tightly closed.

In case of accidental contact, rinse eyes with large amounts of cool tap water. some people have experienced changes in hair color and/or texture it takes time to regrow hair. Results may occur at 2 months with twice a day usage. For some men, you may need to use this product for at least 4 months before you see results. the amount of hair growth is different for each person. This product will not work for all men. Stop Use and See a Doctor if: chest pain, rapid heartbeat, faintness or dizziness occurs  sudden, unexpected weight gain occurs your hands or feet swell scalp irritation or redness occurs unwanted facial hair growth occurs you do not see hair regrowth in 4 months May be harmful if used when pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use.  Keep out of reach of children.  If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

I have started using ... by Thomas O in Montville, NJ on 6/4/06 I have started using Rogane at age 62 and after three months the bald spot at the top of my head is covered with hair. I have always had fine hair, but hair now covers the spot and you can't tell that I had NO hair there at one time.

I have been using Rogaine for a little over two years now and have completely stopped losing hair. I apply all over the scalp with Q-Tips; this seems the best way to evenly apply it. My hair line has stayed the same, even though I am only 24 years old. I started using it both night and day, but recently started using it only in the morning. I just hope I keep all the hair I have since baldness runs in my family. I for one would recommend this product.

I've been using Rogaine ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 8/17/05 I've been using Rogaine for 2 years. I started at the age of 48; 49 is the cut-off age starting a Rogaine regimen. After 4 months, regrowth is evident. The top of my head is still the thinnest part, but it is now less thin, remarkably (I'm less self-conscious than before). I don't mind that I have to apply it twice a day; I use the applicator, not the eye-drop. This is very convenient. It doesn't drip all over the place, (unless I walk around upside-down). After a few minutes, I comb my hair, and then 2 hours later, I comb it again. This second combing separates the hair, leaving it fuller, (for the wet Rogaine ironically makes the hair on top look thinner, like after the rain). This second combing also replaces the light stickiness of the now-dry Rogaine with softness. Hair loss and baldness run deeply in my family; I'm the only one in my family that uses Rogaine, and I'm the only one with hair.

I had thinning at the ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 5/15/05 I had thinning at the temples about 5-10 years ago, at age 30-35. Even though the instructions don't advise use there, I noticed the receding stopped after a few months use. I have been applying for 5 years, and my hairline even came back a little. Even though baldness runs in my family, at the temples and the crown I have a very healthy head of hair. I wonder if the application to the temples also kept my crown from thinning, by getting into the bloodstream a little. I only apply at night, so I don't have the problem during the daytime, as others have described it. Though the product may not be great at restoring hair, it definitely keeps the existing hairline in tact.

I've been using this ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 7/1/04 I've been using this stuff a month and have noticed its benefits. That is not to say that this product is without its faults. This greasy gunk will run havoc upon your head. I am 20 and have small temporal divits, and while not advised have applied this product. Within on month small/thin hairs have appeared all over these areas. I am waiting in anticipation of whether they thicken. For now this will make me continue use of the product. As for applying it to my crown, this is a serious pain that I fear I will never master.

It is a pain to apply, ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 2/29/04 It is a pain to apply, most of it ends up running down my forehead, and it is gross having it in my hair all day. Sometimes a drop of it will dry on top of my hair and turn grey and crusty. My scalp is sometimes itchy and red, and the dried Rogaine looks like dandruff when I comb my hair. I have been using it for two months. The first few weeks of use I noticed excessive hair loss, as my follicles were getting bigger (hopefully). Lately the hair loss seems to have stopped, or at least slowed down, but I don't notice any new hair growth yet. I will continue to use it in hopes that I re-grow some hair.
