This is a great product. Why can't I find it in stores? For many years I've used the former product (the microwave wax that uses strips), and loved that. Tried to find it for the past couple of years, but unable to find it. In the meantime, tried all kinds of things...most were difficult to use and horrible to remove. Then found this product online. Didn't realize that it didn't use strips, so I was a little hesitant at first. But at first use, I loved it. It firms up quickly and easily pulls off. What doesn't pull off washes off easily.

The original Nair with cloth strips was better. I initially bought this product mainly because I thought it'd be easier to use since it said no strips were needed. But I was wrong... This product works well, but you have to keep reheating it to maintain the right temperature. The most annoying part was that it cools off too quickly that I couldn't cleanly scoop out the wax and instead every time found a thinning strand/trail of wax between the bucket and wax on the stick that was practically impossible to cleanly separate (in a way, similar to what you see when trying to pull apart a chewed gum, only it just won't separate and you're stuck with a strand between that you have to pull constantly until it thins out and separates...). It gets so messy that by the first try, it looks like thin cobwebs were coming out and around the bucket... Cleaning up was clearly annoying... Although I had more wax available, I didn't want to use this product for a second session, seeing the bucket was already a mess. I gave this product two stars because it did in fact remove most of the hair, but I was quite displeased with how messy and annoying it got. If you make a mistake, it is difficult to fix and especially painful to remove, unlike the original Nair wax. In addition, with the original Nair wax, you can reuse the wax but you can't with this product. My suggestion would be to not buy this product and purchase a Moom Organic Hair Removal product, which I purchased after my dissatisfaction with this product. I found the Moon product to be far better in every way, but I can generalize some key points as follows: 1) It is MUCH easier to use 2) It is NOT messy at all (none of that "cobweb" mess) 3) It is EASY to clean up (I didn't have any mess to clean up with this product) 4) Any mistakes are easy and pain-free to correct by simply wiping the area with a warm wash cloth 5) It is less damaging to the skin 6) It maintains its heat for over an hour! I heated the wax only once and never had to reheat it again during one session. 5) It is LESS painful 6) It removes ALL the hair with just one try, even the hair that none of the Nair products were able to remove! 7) After pulling off some hair, the wax on the strip is still reusable on other areas 8) The cloth strips are made to be reusable and easy to clean 9) It costs slightly more or approximately the same when on sale

I have tried everything to pull hair off of my body. I found this product and absolutely love it. I hope they don't stop making it, which is usually my luck! It takes all the hardest to remove hairs, even little fine ones. And I love that there are no strips to mess with. When used as the directions say, there is little to no pain, and very little to clean off.

This didn't work well on my legs as the hair is sparse from years of waxing but...I've never seen an at-home product work so well on underarms or bikini lines. I would recommend doing really small sections in those areas, especially if you don't have a high tolerance for pain and be sure to trim hair (it doesn't have to be long - a few days to a week's worth of growth is sufficient). I also dust with powder - I rarely see it leave more than a hair or two...and like the other reviews it does take a bit longer to melt than recommended.

I really liked the Nair wax. It was painless!!! It did a really great job, the only problem I had was that it didn't quite get all the hair. It says it works on short hair, but maybe mine was too short. It doesn't specifically say how long it should be. I will definitely use this again!

Much better if you could use paper/strips with it, but you can't. This makes it extremely difficult to get off and very difficult consistency to get off yoru skin without scraping the area raw.

I'm a pretty tough person when it comes to handling pain, but by the middle of my brazilian wax experience my whole body was shaking, my eyes were tearing up, and I just had to stop. Works great for getting most all the hair though, and leaves skin silky soft. This is a product I will only use on legs in the future.

I followed the directions exactly (including leaving tub in microwave for 3 minutes after the 2 minutes of heating time, leaving each patch set on the skin for 20-30 seconds before removal, etc.) and it worked really well. Some finer hairs didn't come off, but nothing a tweezer couldn't take care of. The removal was almost painless along the sides and top of the bikini line, but pretty painful on the underside of the legs...but what do you expect. That's always the most painful part of a bikini wax. The results aren't 100% hair-free, but I think that's more to do with my application than the product itself. I have a lot of red bumps (1 hour post-waxing), but I'm assuming they will go away in a few hours. If not, I'll change my rating!

I've used other Nair wax before and they were great but they discontinued them so I figured this one had to be better, until I used it. It's very difficult to use and doesn't remove all the hair or smaller hairs like it claims. Also it becomes hard when you apply it so you can pull iy off so you end up wasting lots of wax because you cannot reuse it. Waste of time and money using this product!

My daughter loves this wax. It didn't work well for me as I have sparse, fine hair from years of professional waxing (basically had to target each hair and reapply). Painless even in bikini area. easier to use and neater than other home waxes (including more expensive ones). Took far longer to heat than indicated.
