product works well, however, the tops frequently come off and the solution goes every where,,,, the quality of the container needs to be imporved.

My husband and I both use C-pap Machines for sleep apnea which dry out your nasal passages. The nasal saline helps to lubricate your nasal passages.

I agree with the other posts. I don't like the nozzle on this nasal spray. I was wondering if it was just me not doing it correctly until I read the other reviews. I won't be buying this product again.

I have used several brands of saline spray over the years including Ocean and W algreens brand. The R ite-Aid brand has a new nozzle unlike that depicted in the photo on drugstore.com. The new nozzle is flawed and blasts way too much saline with the first squeeze in droplets that are far too big, resulting in dripping and wasted product.

I use the nasal spray before bedtime. Helps me to get through the night without a stuffed nose.

I normally buy store brand products and am disappointed I didn't listen to the other reviews. The bottle was broken and would not spray. I didn't think it was worth shipping back. What a waste. It does work as drip, just not spray.

I read the reviews about the defective bottles and I just want to say I've never experienced that problem. I've bought this recently. Perhaps it's an old problem that they have cleared up. I've never had saline shoot all over my face, only up my nose where I wanted it.

There is absolutely no reason for the top to be an entirely separate piece and I've now tried three of the six bottles I ordered and the top shot off and I got doused with saline spray on my face and my shirt. This product is a piece of junk

Helps a lot to reduce nasal congestion. Has no medications. Not habit forming.
