I tripped and spilled a glass of Merlot all over my brand new light beige carpet - I proceded to follow all the tricks to get it out with dish soap, peroxide blah blah blah... my carpet was still pink. After reading the other reviews, I bought this product, sprayed it liberally and watched the stain vanish after it sat for 3 days. A true life saver - I should invest in this company!

We use red wine and red juices a lot. Easy to spill on clothes, tablecloths and carpet. Wine Away simply makes the stains disappear. A guest at our Thanksgiving dinner party spilled red wine on a wool Native American carpet. After I listened to everyone's suggestions of ice, soda water, salt, alcohol or plain water, I remembered the Wine Away. The stains disappeared before our eyes. Everyone was impressed and I was quite relieved.

I have found that if you put club soda on a red wine stain immediately, you can get the stain out. Use a disposable diaper or Pull-Up to soak it up - super absorbent and you won't go through a million paper towels. If however, the stain isn't new, then Wine Away does a good job.

Shake container lightly.

Carpet: Absorb excess stain. Saturate stain with Wine Away.
Let sit for 1 - 5 minutes. Blot area until stain disappears. Follow with damp rag to remove any residue.

Fabric: Saturate stain with Wine Away. Let penetrate for 1 - 3 minutes. Launder according to mfg. instructions.

Tip: If stain turns bluish color, treat stain with Wine Away & laundry pre-wash, then launder as directed. Always check garment prior to drying. Additional applications may be needed.
