I started taking these pills on May 8 and as of today (August 11) have lost 42.5 lbs. I work 3rd shift, and these give me tons of energy to make it through my night and still be able to work out in the am. I am happy to also report that my latest blood work shows that I am no longer diabetic!

These Definitely Do the Job by Amarande in NC on 7/8/08 Pros: Acts Quickly, Produces Results, Simple To Take Best Uses: Daily Use Describe Yourself: First Time User, Health Conscious Bottom Line: recommended I ordered these Green Tea Fat Burner pills, Applied Nutrtion's Triple Action Weight Control, and Mega-T Green Tea Fat Burner so I could see which of these products work best. I have been taking these pills for almost a solid week and they do decrease appetite pretty well and provide energy for the day. I do sometimes get shaky after taking them, but its not really a big problem or anything and it goes away after an hour or so. These keep me from being hungry and I find it really easy to stay on my diet. I gave these 3 stars only because I found that Applied Nutrition's Triple Action Weight Control pills worked a lot better for me. These Green Tea pills work just fine, just not quite as good at fat burning as the Triple Action pills for some reason. I haven't lost weight as fast with these, but I AM losing faster than I would have if I wasn't taking them.

I bought this product ... by Marie in Columbus, OH on 10/28/07 I bought this product because I was looking for a green tea supplement, and this was a pretty good price. For everyone looking to lose weight, my appetite definitely went down. But I wouldn't get too excited if you're trying to lose weight fast-- a lot of people who are writing about losing weight immediately are probably losing water weight from all the caffeine in the product. If you want genuine results, make sure you drink plenty of water, as caffeine is a diuretic.

I was never the one to ... by Christina in Dallas, TX on 10/17/07 I was never the one to take diet supplement pills or anything like that because I just wanted to lose weight naturally. I ended up taking these because I hit a plateau and for over 4 years my weight hasn't been able to budge. I have been taking these for about 6 weeks now and I am 15 pounds below my stubborn previous weight! I love it! As of course the use of these pills was combined with healthy eating habits, exercise, and lots of water! The effects of the caffeine, your metabolism, and other effects are jump started in the very beginning, but you will get use to it. I would recommend these, with the price it doesn't hurt to try! I'm at my lowest adult weight (70lbs. loss in the past 5 years). I have confidence that I can reach my goal with these pills and they are natural!

This is not a miracle ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 9/14/07 This is not a miracle product but is still very good. It does what it claimed. It is able to curb appetite very well. I used to snack frequently in between meals but after using this, I found that I don't feel hungry easily anymore and have since stopped unhealthy snacking. I also feel that I have a lot more energy. If you use this with your exercise, it will help you a great deal. I am able to jog longer without panting. Do bear in mind to drink a lot of water because it somehow causes constipation for me and hence I give it only four stars. But given the price, I feel that it is much better than other higher-priced products.

I am a very athletic ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 6/7/07 I am a very athletic person, late 30's, who hits the gym 5-6 times a week for weight training and cardio. I had been taking Hydroxycut Advanced for quite some time and had seen good results, but felt it wasn't working as well as it once used to and wanted to try something different. Although this product is less expensive than Hydroxycut, I feel it has been working very well for me (if not better). I have been taking one in the morning and one in the afternoon. It definitely gave me extra energy for my workouts. It is convenient to take (with Hydroxycut, you had to take six hard tablets daily) and definitely more cost effective. I, personally, have had no adverse side effects taking this product. I like the softgel formulation and plan to continue using this product. A very effective fat burner at a very good price!

Well, I tried this ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 6/5/07 Well, I tried this product for a few days and unfortunately; I did not notice a change in my appetite nor did I get the boost of energy I had expected. However, I did notice a change in my bowel movements.There was a drastic decrease & when I did go; it was hard as a rock! So I'm going to stay away from this stuff, or any product with Green Tea.

I need to do more excercise on my part, but as for the diet pills they do suppress my appetite. I take them as early in the day as possible because if I don't I'm awake off and on thru the night. They definitely keep you regular....

Based on the reviews i read on this site I thought i would try this supplement to help boost my diet. I bought a one month supply, and so far I have been taking 2 two times a day - two in the morning and two in the afternoon. My system does not react well to too much caffeine ( a cup of coffee makes me feel anxious and panicky and very unpleasant), however, I feel just fine taking this supplement. I can still sleep at night, and I notice an incredible difference in my energy level throughout the day. What's more, to my surprise, these pills suppress my appetite! I'm eating much less, and now my food portions are more reasonable and healthy. This is a great product, i will continue to use it along with diet and exercise!
