Directions

Take two (2) tablets every four to six hours as needed, up to a maximum of six (6) tablets per day. Do not take for more than 10 consecutive days. Store at room temperature.

My PMS symptoms have been getting worse and worse over time, to the point that I was doubled over with cramping and so depressed that nobody could stand to be around me. (The kind of depression that makes you consider calling jerky ex-boyfriends...that's bad!) I was also waking up in the middle of the night crying for no reason. I tried Estroven PMS and within 20 minutes I felt TOTALLY NORMAL! I can not recommend it enough. There is hope in the world!! :)

I suddenly started getting severe PMS which I never had before- cold sweats, shakes, cramps, and doomsday mood swings. Unbelievable- took months before I would even admit that it could be PMS. After tracking it, I finally could deny it no more & tried EVERYTHING. This is the only thing that gets me through. It's best if I take it every day but I can't afford it. I take it the week before, during & two days after. It loses 1* because when I bought 5 boxes, the last 2 looked moldy. The expiration is worthless, they cannot sit around long. If it isn't mold, it is the coating wearing off either way, it's creepy.

I take two tablets when I feel the urge to scream and (viola'!!) I feel better in about 20 minutes. It does help with the bloating also, but I really didn't notice much change in the pre-period cramping so I gave it 4 out of 5 stars.

Estroven PMS at first ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 7/27/07 Estroven PMS at first dose I took in the evening, it made me feel like I do after a small glass of wine-- a little mellow. It dulled my cramps a little, well really everything a little. I went to bed early, because I was so mellow. The next day, I woke up decided to take it again, and went to work. Be careful when driving! I could work, but felt a little more blue than usual. By the afternoon, I felt down right moody. I took another dose, and by that evening felt depressed, like never before. Day three, I decided not to take it anymore, I felt really depressed and then angry and then depressed the rest of the night, and the next morning until about 10 AM. After that I finally felt like myself again. I will never take this again, it definitely made me worse than better.

I used it for 3 ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 7/8/07 I used it for 3 months. Pros: helped to fight water retention. Cons: did nothing for my moodiness. I just have to warn potential users: the word "natural" is not a synonym to "safe"! Soy extract has quite a lot of hormone-like compounds which can irreversibly disrupt one's hormonal balance. Avoid taking soy supplements if possible. I personally will switch to some regular water pills. They are not "natural" but at least I won't consume dosens of FDA-unapproved physiologically active ingredients with every pill.

I have been using this ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 6/6/07 I have been using this product for over 4 years now. It works great for me. It really helps with my irratibility and fatigue. I am also gluten intolerant and yeast intolerant so this product was a blessing. Like others, it is very hard to find in stores locally. Glad to be able to stock up on it here.

This is an amazing ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 4/24/07 This is an amazing product. I struggled with pms for years - I tried everything including acupuncture. My doctor almost had me convinced to take antidepressants, and then I tried this. It really takes the edge off/cuts way down on the super depressed days (if you have them, you will know what I mean).
