Directions

Take one capsule with full glass of water, three times per day: morning, noon, and early evening. You may take Relacore with or without food. Do not exceed 3 capsules per day. Store at controlled room temperature 15-30°C/59-86°F.

I wouldn't say it has really affected my mood; maybe it has but I am definitely one of those people who is super tense and stressed all the time! I must have that cortisol problem because I have taken this product before, finished a bottle and my stomach was noticeably much flatter; I was back in my size 4's. I stopped them for a month and then I was back in a 6 so somethings got to be going on. I'm 30 years old; I thought turning 30 was the problem. Who knows but Relacore is definitely worth a shot. Nothing causes miracles but this helps. Try walking 30 minutes a day with it. May help too.

I took Relacore in the ... by Christine in Elgin, IL on 1/27/08 I took Relacore in the morning before my commute and experienced heart palpitations about 45 minutes into my drive each day. Unfortunately, it took me 2 weeks to realize it might be the Relacore causing these episodes. I stopped taking Relacore the next day and the palpitations never returned.

I want to emphasize that this is a product that eliminates STRESS, therefore, allowing you to lose the belly fat and not add more that is caused by stress! For people who hope to take a few pills a day and have the weight fall off is unrealistic! It is helping me to maintain a calmness while I diet and exercise which is usually stressful in itself. I will continue using it just to avoid mood swings often associated with dieting.

I Love Relacore. I ... by Ashley in Undisclosed on 7/13/06 I Love Relacore. I starting using it about a year ago, and since then I have lost 40lbs!!!! I just started out taking 2 a day and now I take 4 a day..just due to my body getting used to it. All I really did was stop drinking pop and eating as much sugar. I also started watching calories. Hard for some, but it worked GREAT for me. You can't expect a diet pill to be a magic pill, you have to work for it too. Also I didn't work out that much, I would just take the stairs instead of the elevator. I recommend it!!! Everyone's different.
