I picked up the Murad acne line including this face wash, the toner, the exfoliating gel, the clay mask, and the lotion. I've been using them for 6 weeks now, and the overall texture of my skin is radiant and clear. I still have a few breakouts from high stress, but I really like this line. The lotion and clay masks are my favorites as they work better than any others I have ever found! However, I think some of the success is due to the fact that Murad does an excellent job with getting you into a routine. Every day and night I cleansed, toned, treated, and hydrated! So, due to the price, I think that if I stuck to a routine using drugstore brands, I could keep my face radiant and clear. I may keep the clay mask though since I wouldn't go through it as quickly. This is the best lotion I've found so far. Both my husband and I love it. It's not greasy or too heavy. It doesn't leave my face oily nor does it have a strong smell. We just love it!

I am always skeptical trying a new mosturizer because my skin is very sensitive and prone to breakouts. I can usually skip moisturizer in the Summer when its hot, but in the Winter my skin gets flaky and irritated without it. After reading several favorable reviews I decided to order Murad skin perfecting lotion and absolutely love it. My skin looks very healthy, clear and feels great! All you need it a pea size amount for your entire face. At [$] it is a great value and worth every penny. Of all the mosturizers I have tried over the years I can honesly say its the best for my sensitive/acne prone skin.

I've battled cystic acne for years and I am so thankful to have found Murad! I use the Skin Perfectly Lotion morning and night for my combination skin and I've seen dramatic results over the past year. Fewer breakouts, less dry patches, and overall healthier skin. I never thought it was possible. If you've tried other products from infomercials and had little success, give Murad a try. But an honest try. In 21 days you'll see such a difference. I also use the Clarifying Cleanser and Acne Spot Treatment.

Such a great moisturizer for acne prone skin. It really helps to shrink pores and make your skin so soft. In the summer I only use it at night because it can make you a little shiny in really hot temperatures but I still love it.

Good moisturizer...maybe too heavy in the TX heat for summer. You will look a little greasy, so use very sparingly. Great for winter moisturizing. A little goes a long way.

Those with oily/acne-prone skin tend to think that they don't need moisturizer...WRONG! EVERYONE does. For me, an oily-skinned gal, this product works extremely well. Non-greasy, retinol-packed, and natural-smelling this moisturizer is my new best friend. Just remember the wear sunscreen during the day as retinols can make skin particularly sensitive to the sun. PLUS sunscreen is the best wrinkle prevention!

This is the best moisturizer that is oil free and still feels very moist. It gives my skin a great glow. I only use the gel exfoliator every other night because I have combination skin that tends to dry easily. Other than that, this line has been the best I have ever tried. It is a little expensive but it is so worth the try. And did I say that I only used it for a week and a half and the results are getting better and better. I can't wait for the long run!!!

Like others who reviewed this, I have acne prone skin. It gets flaky and tight from my topical prescription acne treatment, so I do need a moisturizer. And yes, I've tried everything from Aveeno, Neutrogena, Oil of Olay, Clean & Clear, to more expensive department store brands like Clinique, Origins, Prescriptives and so on. I finally gave this stuff a go and it is so worth it. Yes, it's expensive, but a tiny little bit goes a very long way. It doesn't irritate or burn my very very sensitive skin, does not make me break out, is very very light and leaves my skin feeling perfectly comfortable, not greasy or too tight. It makes makeup application so much nicer and natural looking. In a perfect world, yes, it would contain sunscreen. But for acne prone girlies like me, I've found powdered versions of sunscreen work SO much better. Try BareMinerals spf 15 foundation, also perfect for all skin types! Definitely worth a try.
