Directions:

I have itchy, flaky scalp and have been trying many products to alleviate the flaking and itching. This worked for a day (I wash my hair every day due to bad allergies) and the itching/flaking came back in about a half-day. I was hoping it would moisturize my scalp more to prevent the itching other than the just the immediate itch relief right after using it.

This product was great and left a very cool, soothing feeling when applied to the scalp. It did improve my stubborn scalp itching for a while. However, the effect did not last long, and after one day without using it, the itching just came back. Since I just used it twice a week, we'll see if it can do better when used more often.

This product is a God-send! I've had issues with a flaky, dry scalp for a long time, and this has completely stopped any problems. I love the tingling feeling you have when you leave the product in for the amount of time instructed. The only drawback -- it IS quite pricey.

I have been using this scalp treatment for a few months now, and haven't noticed too much improvement with my dry scalp, but it does leave my hair softer and more manageable than any other conditioner I have used. My hair is very thick, somewhat wavy, and dry. At its current shoulder-length, it takes about an hour to blow dry it straight/sleek. I had been suffering with itchy, scaly scalp for 3 years. I tried everything over-the-counter ever recommended and none seemed to work longer than 2 weeks. When I tried this product, it worked instantly to rid my scalp of scaly bumps. I have been using it for 3 months now and it still works great. I would recommend only using it on your scalp, and putting another conditioner on the tips, if you use it every day. I love this stuff!

My teenager's hairdresser recommended this product for her dry scalp. I have been troubled with a dry itchy, bumpy scalp. My colorist recommended that I see a dermatologist. This shampoo is great for dandruff, but it's way too strong. The smell is so overpowering that it makes your eyes water. (God help you if you get any suds in your eyes!) If you leave it on for as long as recommended the "tingling sensation" on your scalp becomes unpleasant. Jason's Normalizing Tea Tree Shampoo is much milder and less expensive.
