If you use it in certain ways - spray into a shower or sink, then run hot water - you can get an especially good "breath relief" experience if you are congested. It has a nice light scent that does not linger; it does not stain, and the essential oils used are useful for colds and flu, per herbalists and natural docs. Nice product. I'm here to buy it again!

I was looking for a room spray similar to Origins' trademark mint scent, but this was definitely not it! It bought it as part of the GaBleshU set and I thought the spray smelled so bad that I didn't even want to smell the shower gel/body wash. I had to give it away.
