Indications

Temporarily relieves these symptoms due to hay fever or other upper respiratory allergies: runny nose sneezing itchy, watery eyes itching of the nose or throat

Directions

Adults and Children 6 years and over - 1 tablet daily; not more than 1 tablet in 24 hours. Children under 6 years of age - Ask a doctor Consumers with liver or kidney disease - Ask a doctor Store between 15°-30°C (59°-86°F) Protect from excessive moisture

Do not use if you have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients. Ask a doctor before use if you have liver or kidney disease. Your doctor should determine if you need a different dose. When using this product do not take more than directed. Taking more than directed may cause drowsiness. Stop use and ask a doctor if an allergic reaction to this product occurs. Seek medical help right away. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Safety sealed: do not use if imprinted blister unit is open or torn.

I have had to take ... by Carlos in Undisclosed on 9/25/07 I have had to take Claritin since it was only available with an Rx. I had to take it every day due to an alergic reaction of my skin causing me to itch when contact is made. I could not even sit without reacting and breaking down scratching! This LIFE Adjustment was not coming cheaply to me and when I found this product, I GOT TO SAY, I AM VERY GLAD IT EXISTS! It has worked just as great and is such a blessing and a break on the budget! Thank you Rite Aid!

Ive tried this product ... by Lance in Undisclosed on 5/31/07 Ive tried this product for 2 days, and I'm very impressed. I've had chronic nasal congestion and headaches associated with that. I've tried Benadryl, but that made me extremely tired. I've noticed no fatigue with the Loratadine and the nice thing is you only have to take it once a day, instead of every several hours. For the last two days the nasal congestion has pretty much disappeared, and the best thing is I'm not tired. This is a great product! I will definitely order more when I need to. I've looked at Claritin in my local drug store, and this Rite Aid brand is a fraction of the price. I'm very pleased.

It's ok, just like ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 1/8/07 It's ok, just like Zyrtec. It doesnt help my allergic rhinitis due to dust/dust mites much. I use this medication every day together with Nasonex steroid nasal spray, vaporizer and mite protection sheet, but still can't breathe easily at night. No non-drowsy pills help my allergy and skin itching (atopic dermatitis) like the drowsy one, unfortunately.

After taking Zyrtec -made ... by Diane in Arlington, TX on 8/22/06 After taking Zyrtec -made me sleepy- and allegra - caused ear infections --- this is AMAZING! I have chronic hives/itching and take this on an almost daily basis. It does make me a little tired, but no where near other allergy medications. And the best thing is, there are no prescriptions to refill, and the price is always great. Drugstore.com has always had excellent service, too.

My doctor gave me Zyrtec, but it did absolutely nothing after 5 days on it. After reading the reviews on this product, I decided to give it a try. About an hour after I took the first dose, I had wasn't sneezing, nor did I have itchy eyes, nose or throat. What a relief - I will DEFINITELY stick with this product!

Without it, I have 3 hour "sneeze-a-thons, soak tissues by the handful, and wake during the night to cough up fluid in my air-way. With it, I have a pretty normal existence. I've tried a number of newer, prescription meds that my doctor says are stronger, but I keep returning to this product because I can't tell the difference.

We were a little skeptical that the generic brand could be so inexpensive and still be as effective, but Rite Aid proved us wrong -- he has not noticed any difference in effectiveness at all! The best part is, this version is just a fraction of the cost of the name brands...which when you have to take it every day, adds up very quickly! The bottle packaging (rather than blister packs) is also very handy, and much less annoying.

You can't go wrong with this one- great product, great price. And the packaging is better (a bottle as opposed to those annoying blister packs).

This is the same thing as ... by Michael C in Piedmont, CA on 5/12/04 This is the same thing as Alavert, only WAY cheaper. Works just as well too. I've used them both, and there is no difference. Save your self some loot and go with the Rite Aid version.
