Fantastic Figs! You can't go wrong! by RuRu in Pennsylvania on 7/2/08 My husband loves these! He says they have more filling than other fig newtons, are chewy, have the right amount of cake around the filling and taste great.

If you have sulfite ... by Elizabeth B in Prairie Village, KS on 8/8/07 If you have sulfite allergies, these are sulfite-free, unlike regular Fig Newtons. Sulfites aside, these are very tasty and moist, a step up from regular fig cookies, and you help kids at the same time.

The cookie part is firm and tasty, and the fig part...wonderful! Thick and figgy, not too sweet. I ate about two of this box, my boyfriend got ahold of them, and ate the whole bag in one sitting! Get more than one if you want a shot at 'em.

It has so much more fig in it than Newtons. So I had another...even better than the first one. One half hour later, the bag was gone! Yup, ate them all, and they were mighty tasty, but I don't feel as bad somehow.

I have never liked fig newtons, but these were FANTASTIC. They have a really nice not too sweet taste. I did not feel like I had to eat more than one or two to feel satisfied. Kids like them too, which is very nice.
