A friend of mine suggested this product to me when I complained of my eye liner/shadow creasing. This product is fantastic! It goes on easily, leaves no clumps or residues, and is very naturally light. The best part is the cooling sensation. It leaves a great refreshing feeling that makes you feel as though you just hopped out of the shower or used a cucumber mask. I would recommend this product to everyone I know!

I use a shadow brush to apply this around my eyes before applying my eye makeup. I apply it lightly and dab with my finger tip. Definately brightens the area around the eye giving a fresh look.

I like this product under eyeshadow because it makes it more vibrant and last longer. I've used it by itself for a more subtle look and I like that too.

I was really excited to get this stuff. After using it, i'm very supprised that it has any positive reviews. it's almost impossiable to apply. it clumps and won't go on evenly. the scent is awful. also, i didn't notice any cooling sensation.

I think this MIGHT be a good product, but I can't help but believe the jar I got was old because I don't think a product you put on your eye lid would be this firm. It wasn't creamy at all. I actually had to dig my fingernail into it to get some product, and then because it was so firm, it was hard to spread. I should have kept the packaging and sent this back to drugstore.com. In the future I will. I can't really recommend it or anything. I would like to have access to it somewhere else so I could see if it is supposed to be this firm. If it is, it is worthless and I would recommend definitely not to buy. No one wants a product this stiff for their eye lid.

Neutrogena should have advertised this more before they discontinued it because there is nothing else out there like this - so stock up now. I just bought three more. It soothes and takes out puffiness, it gives some shimmer - It is primarily a base for your eyeshadow and keeps it in place all day and keeps it from clumping in creases and gives the shadow something to adhere to. It really does do three things. After using this as a base you will never just want to put eyeshadow on bare lids again. I love this product.

It is a light highlighter that I like to wear because I have glasses. No miracles but does what it says it does. What more can you ask for?

My sister has had some of this stuff since like 3 years ago.. i think she's only repurchased once. She doesn't use all that often, but it still lasts a good while. I remember trying hers a couple of times and absolutely loving it. I bought some of my own recently, and it wasn't quite as great as i remember. I've tried the paula dorf primer, because it's the "healthiest", but it didn't really work at all for me, personally. I would definitely say this works much better, and on here, is a third of the price.. unfortunately after a long day my shadow is still creased.. it does seem to hold it off for a while longer.. and if you use this with a quality eyeshadow, it will last a very long time!! (the shadow)

A friend had this on a trip to Mexico; I used hers every day and couldn't wait to get my own. Great base for other shadows also. Could not find it in any store locally which is the only downside.

This has been discontinued and I'm sooooo sad about it! Neutrogena eye tint is the best eye primer ever. The tingle is so refreshing and the petal shimmer color brightens lids and makes a great base for shadows. It reduces puffiness too. I have been stocking up on them. My favorite products are always discontinued!!! :(
