It dries my skin out a bit if I use it daily, but it's very effective. I can tell if I forget to use it because I start breaking out again. It has really cleared up my chest and shoulders.

I tried proactive & it didn't work and I ran out of my Acnefree toner so i needed a new one and found this. It worked immediately. I never broke out as a teen,but once i entered college at 18 i started breaking out bad by my chin and forehead. This helped minimize and clear up my pores on forehead (almost unnoticeable). My complexion has gotten much better as well. My forehead and nose doesn't get shinny anymore. I also use it on my upper back and shoulders and works great for that as well. Once in a while my skin starts to get a little dry especially since it's winter but a little lotions fixes it. *wait 10 min. after applying toner to put on lotion... it makes a difference.

I have adult pimples on my back and chest. Nothing serious, but at my age I thought I'd be done with this stuff! This works good for large areas. I can't imagine stying to spread some acne cream all over my back and shoulders. Plus, this does not bleach clothing and sheets like the usual acne products, which I find the best reason for buying it. It has a slightly sticky feel to it, but I got used to that quickly and don't really notice it anymore. I don't think it would work great for severe acne, but for occassional pimples, I find it useful.

I first started using this product about 3mths ago. within 1 week there were results on my back, my back had cleared up really good and i was impressed that this worked so well, i use it on my legs and arms too ! its amazing ! would recommend to anyone !

The great thing about this product is the bottle that lets you spray from any direction -- making it MUCH easier to reach your back and other hard-to-reach areas on your own. The formulation is also very reasonable. Works well and VERY easy to use! There are other multi-directional spray acne products out there, but they are all MUCH more expensive, so this is really a great find.

So glad I tried this!!

I've struggled with body (chest & back) breakouts from working out daily for almost 9 months now. I tried everything (brand names from drugstores and prescriptions) but nothing helped clear my chest up. This actually works!! I rarely get breakouts on my chest or back now, and if I do get an occasional one, it is small and disappears quickly. The acne on my chest used to last for weeks and I was never completely clear like I am now. I just wish I had found this at the beginning of the summer instead of the end! It's easy to apply, doesn't smell "medicine-y," and I started seeing results within the first few days, full results by 3rd week of consistent use, twice a day, every day. Even if nothing else has worked for you, try it!!

I was skeptical to try this product at first, as a couple of years ago I can remember trying a Nature's Cure product and being less than impressed. After reading all the raving reviews I decided to go ahead and buy it.. I'm so glad I did! I've used this twice a day on my chest and shoulders for two days, and allready see such a huge difference. I can't believe it! Once my acne clears up completely, as it no doubt will with this wonderful product, I'm going to reduce my use to once a day, as it's not the largest bottle. Bottomm line- buy it! It really works, works fast, doesn't bleach clothes, and is easy to use.

Cleanse skin thoroughly before applying.
Spray the entire affected area with a thin layer 1 to 3 times daily.
Because excessive drying of the skin may occur, gradually increase to 2 or 3 times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor.
Leave on all day or night.
If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce usage to once a day or every other day.
To use on face, spray onto cotton ball and brush onto skin.
