I have gotten Botox numerous times and spent thousands overall for it. Botox at the most lasts 2-3 months on me and never seems to "take" . After spending roughly $500 about every 3 months with poor results, I decided it was time to look for a cheap, simple solution. I like this product because it actually trains your facial muscles to work differently. I've used less than 20 out of the 144 in the box and have seen unbelievable results. I just wear them whenever I get a chance. Usually around the house or sleeping. My method: I moisten a cloth with warm water and massage the skin for a few seconds, wet my finger with warm water, rub it on the Frownie, wait a second for it to absorb into the Frownie, hold skin tight enough to smooth out wrinkle, stick on Frownie, and hold 1-2 minutes until dry. It will stay on until you remove it which doesn't hurt at all. I will use these forever! I thought about trying tape, but I honestly don't think it would work this well. Frownies are stiff which I think helps prevent the facial movement better than tape would. I just ordered more because I love them so much. Just make sure that you do NOT get them too wet. I did this in the beginning and they didn't stick. Just run your finger under the faucet and run finger over Frownie. Give it a second to absorb into the Frownie. I apply it when it starts to curl a bit.

I apply my frownie on the frown line between my eyes on my forehead every night, I have noticed that it is less pronounced and not as noticeable. They are so easy to apply and I have discovered that they can be reused up to 3 times. (They don't tell you that on the box!) I have recommended them to my friends and they are using them too!

I apparently frown in my sleep because I used to wake with deep frown lines. Frownies smoothed out the existing lines and prevent new ones from forming. They felt weird at first but I'm used to them now. As far as looking weird -- my husband sleeps with a Breath Right strip on his nose, so we both look funny wearing our "stickers" to bed at night.

Bought for use on mild horizontal forehead expression lines,as I never would even consider Botox because of that fake expressionless look it creates. The patches make my skin a little itchy. Notice a minor difference in the morning after overnight use. Just very annoying to use every night and the difference in my forehead skin is just subtle. I think I'd rather stick to my retinol cream, glycolic acid and hyaluronic acid products, good hydration and good daily exfoliation :)

I was surprised that after using Frownies just one night, the vertical wrinkle (trench) between my eyes was far less noticeable. The downside is that after the wrinkle diminished (following a few nights of applying a Frownies triangle over the wrinkle) to nearly gone (especially under light make-up), it returned again after a night or two of not using the Frownies. Oh well, they would be especially useful leading up to a special occasion -- say, a high school reunion or Christmas party.

I was rather skeptical about this purchase, but am so glad I bought them. The frown line between my eyes is/was very noticable. I was considering a botox injection. I used these for two nights and the line has dramaticlally decreased. They are adhesive and actually prevent you from making that frown with your eyebrows. I'm amazed, truly. For now, no botox. Just FROWNIES. Give them a try. You'll be happy you did.

If you sleep w/ your face in the pillow, you cannot make it w/out these! I was developing serious wrinkles just above my eyebrow arch down through my eyebrow on both eyes. within two weeks of using these, the wrinkles are GONE! I have been using these for over a year now and never intend to stop! The only 'problem' is you can't use too much moisturizer or they won't stick.

I use this between my eyebrows, where I have those frown lines. I have only been using them for 2 weeks, but they seem to be working - I don't feel like I am constantly scrunching up the area between my eyebrows as much. However, the lines haven't disappeared yet (if they ever will).

Using Frownies every night gives me good results appearance-wise. As a bonus, they are very relaxing because they keep me from scowling.
