This works great for my occasional breakout. I have been putting it on areas more prone to breakouts just to prevent even getting a breakout and I swear I haven't had a single blemish since I started using it. It does dry out the skin as all acne treatments seem to do, but I use a moisturizer with it and haven't had any troubles.

like seriously? This is the best product I have ever used in my whole life. LIke, I only made this account to tell people how awesome this product is. It seriously works overnight.[$]? yeah, it the best thing ive ever used. It never stops working. At night I usually pop my zits or whatever with a needle, I cleanse the infected area(s) with the clearasil cleansing pads, and then I apply a dab of the clearasil acne treatment to the infected area. then when I wake up, its really tiny. Then I do it again the next night, and its gone. BEST acne treatment. cheap, yet very effective(: use it guys!!!

I bought this product based on the recommendation of a magazine, but after a few uses it was clear that this product was not for me. Burnt my skin every time I used it! The irritation took a few days to go away each time too. It did reduce the size of the zit, but destroyed the skin around it as well. Definitely trying a less harsh product next.

This product is THE BEST! I was using this product for about 1 1/2 years and then I decided to switch to Neutrogena's 2.5 bp cream, since my skin was clear I assumed I can go with a lower dosage and different product. I couldn't have been more wrong. My skin reverted back to my old acne breakouts and it took me six months to go back to this product. It is truly the best acne treatment out there. I use it all over my face to prevent pimples and it does work. Don't waste your money on niche brands which are more expensive and you have to go out of your way to purchase

Best affordable product out there! A couple of years ago, my face was covered with zits. I tried everything, including Proactiv. Then I tried this along with the Clearasil ultra face wash, in just a few days my face was almost clear, and in 2 weeks, I had zero zits. I'm still using this and it works great. I tried switching to something else, and ended up getting tons of zits, so this is the product Ill stick with.

Love it. It works every time. It reduces blemish size and redness overnight, and if I only apply this and don't mess with the zit, it goes away on its own in a few days. Amazing. I've been re-buying this product for years.

I've tried a few over the counter on the spot acne treatments including Neutrogena, acne free, and Avon. In my opinion Clearasil is the best one! It rids my pimples and red bumps over night. If you use it right, it isn't over drying and works perfectly. I cleanse my skin first, apply moisturizer, and then dab this stuff on where I need it. This is what Ill be buying again once I run out!

This is the best over-the-counter acne medication I have ever tried. Not only does it get rid pimples, but it makes my skin feel really smooth, and my complexion is more even than it has been since I was on Accutane! I highly recommend this product. I usually apply it every other night, because after using it every night my skin gets a little too dry (which I did not even think was possible!) I LOVE this stuff!!!

After trying so much stuff, expensive creams, natural remedies, I decided to try this product out and it really works!! It took like about 2-3 weeks but it was worth it. I have very oily skin and used to breakout a lot, but this cream together with the Clearasil ultra scrub really improved my oily skin. Just remember to wear sunblock when using the cream because it makes your skin very sensitive to the sun.

This stuff works! The only drawback is that it can be drying and it makes you sensitive to the sun. However, if you use it sparingly and use a good sunscreen you will definitely see improvements in your skin. It is a strong product but acne deserves it!
