I have taken a multi-mineral with trace elements along with my multi-vitamin for many years. I am not sure what particular ingredient I need, but I do know that if I don't take the multi-mineral, I start feeling mentally out-of-sorts. I usually use a locally produced brand, but they have been out of stock for several months so have substituted this GNC product and have found it a decent alternative.

It is just like drinking water..NO odor & NO taste... I can not swallow pills so this is just WONDERFUL..goes down easy ...after just 1 week I am feeling more balance...Highly recommend!

My husband & I have been using this product along with Silver Biotics for several years. The last two years neither one of us have had not even a sniffle. I went to spend a week with my grandbaby and she along with her mom and dad were very sick with a cold, I took care of them and never got sick, they were so impressed they have now started using these products...Its worth every penny you have.......

I have used this product faithfully for over 9 years and have not been seriously ill since using these minerals. I believe it has boosted my immune system. These are the trace minerals we have lost because of the food processing used today. It has no taste at all so its perfect.

Great product. For easier intake - add the following to the mineral mix: in a blender, combine one cup of frozen berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, etc.) with one to one-and-a-half cup of milk, and your liquid minerals... mix until smooth and presto - you have a great smoothie that makes taking liquid minerals very easy. GREAT for a breakfast on the go! I sometimes add soy protein powder to the mix for a "full breakfast".

I've been using this product for awhile now: You just can't beat GNC's quality control! Arguments aside for colloidal vs. ionic vs. chelated, etc... Be sure to take this with a free form amino acid supplement. It will then naturally chelate in the gut. Chelated supplements should be treated this way as well since industrial chelation methods leave about 1/2 the product unprocessed. Take on an empty stomach straight up with a water chaser or mix with fresh vegetable juices... I prefer carrot, celery and purple cabbage! YUM! The only negatives I've ever had with this product were when I drank it with iced tea. I vomited almost immediately! While not scientific: I mixed some with a glass of tea from the jug I was drinking from and it turned pitch black! YUK! It could have just been a particular blend that caused this or something in the tea - but I wouldn't recommend it! Also, I didn't repeat the test: At least you've been warned! Tightly close the bottle and refrigerate it right away.

I have been using this product for myself and two young children and I have to say BEFORE we were taking these minerals we were sick every-other week but now we haven't been sick at all in months! I'm so pleased that the 'normal' brands and stores are starting to sell colloidal minerals!

Yes, it tastes bad. Oh well. I would rather live life with no illnesses (yes, I have not been sick in about a year because we went fully organic) than worry about such a thing as taste. It is worth it. If you don't like the flavor (it tastes like earth because it is made from minerals, folks), use it in a smoothie or a frappe. Your health and life are more important than the taste, I promise you!

This is a great product. You wouldn't drink this straight any more than you would chew on a vitamin tablet - but mixed with a smoothie or protein drink, it provides a complete mineral supplement, without added sugars or sweeteners. I've become a true believer in the colloidal form of mineral supplements.

I thought this product was great, I was able to get all my minerals by liquid instead of another pill.
