Adults and children: 5 pellets in the mouth 3 times a day until relieved or as directed by a doctor.

For all traumas (bumps, bruises, muscle soreness):
5 pellets every half-hour for 2 hours, then 5 pellets 3 times a day

For strenuous activities:
5 pellets 3 times a day, 1 day before and 2 days after the activity

For pre and post-surgery:
5 pellets 3 times a day, 2 days before and 10 days after the surgery

How to dispense the pellets:
One tube contains approximately 80 pellets (16 doses)

1. Pull tab first.  Turn the tube upside-down and twist the pellet dispense.
2. Continue to twist until 5 pellets have fallen into the cap.  Carefully remove the cap.
3. Use the cap to pour the pellets into you mouth and allow to dissolve.
