Easy Yoga to Aid Elimination: Sit cross-legged or in a chair with your spine straight and feet flat on the floor. Bring the hands in front of your chest with elbows bent and palms facing down. Alternating from side to side, straighten one arm out to the side with a jerk to the elbow, then return it to the front of your chest. Inhale through your nose as your arm swings out, exhale completely as you bring it back. Continue for 1-3 minutes. Then, inhale with both hands in the center, take a few deep breaths and relax.
