Before using, please read usage instructions and cautions.

• Wet Face.  Leave face wet, the Biore self-heating mask is activated by water.
• Apply Mask. Dry hands, open packet and apply mask to face.  You may add a little water to your fingers to help spread the mask.
• Massage. for about one minute.  As you mass age the mask, it will begin turning blue to show you its working.  Mask does not dry.
• Rinse.  Once the mask reaches a uniform blue color, thoroughly rinse with water.
