Healed Chigger Bites by Leah in Chapel Hill, NC on 7/11/08 Pros: Goes On Smooth, Moisturizes, Softens Describe Yourself: Quality Oriented Bottom Line: recommended I had the unfortunate encounter with chiggers (lots of them). Chiggers are bug bites that stick with you for weeks if you don't get rid of them and they itch really bad. I got them to go away in 3 days with epsom salt baths and this scar serum. This product got them to heal quickly and now the bites are totally gone (with no scar). I usually have dark marks left behind from chigger and this stuff saved my skin. I wish I had known about this before now.

Holy heck mercy this ... by Melissa in Cerritos, CA on 4/26/08 Holy heck mercy this stuff is the miracle blemish product! I have been using it for about 2 weeks, 3-4 times a day like it recommends, & oh my love, I am seeing a HUGE improvement in my stretch marks on my thighs due to weight gain [weight which I am losing thank you very much] & scars! Now at first, I didn't detect any fishy smell people are complaining about, but now I do. Mind you, that is not enough to stop me from using this product, & the smell is not that bad anyway. It is very viscous; you really have to work it in. It takes time to soak into the skin, for me sometimes it takes about 30 minutes to an hour. But hey, for the results I get, it's worth the wait! It is surprisingly very easy to wash off, I had put a lot on my face to help repair some dryness I have going on [yes, it did help!] and when I went to go wash it off, I didn't experience any issues. Love it!

I only use it as night (too sticky to wear during day under makeup). Just have it massage it in really well! I find no smell whatsoever.

I'm very happy with this ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 12/15/07 I'm very happy with this product. It doesn't contain fragrance or inactive chemicals. The smell is not pleasant, but not terrible. The pump bottle is very easy to use and dispenses just the right amount. I use this a few times a day, and it does soften and minimize scars. This is a fantastic combination of ingredients and is very easy to massage into scars. The thickness and stickiness of the product prevents it from being rubbed away during the massage. Nice for cuticles too. I have aging skin, and I blend this into some Eucerin Crme and massage it into my face and neck once or twice a week as a deep moisturizing treatment. It makes my skin very soft, plump, and smooth.

I use it almost every night before bed. The smell does take a while to get used to, but it's definitely worth the results.

Although I am not sure because after the bottle ran out I began using another type of bleaching cream. I am currently using this product again so hopefully we will see.

I love this serum -- I ... by K in Washington, DC on 10/3/05 I love this serum -- I had 10 stitches over my brow in June and used this each night, and a scar-healing patch during the day. Just a few months later, the scar is only noticeable for those who know it's there. I continue to use this around my eyes for moisturizer -- it's amazing. As for the scent, it has one, but not at all objectionable in my opinion -- natural odor of the ingredients and not perfumey, as some people might be used to. In short, this works great for new scars. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I used in conjunction with the scar patch, and I cannot say that the oil alone was responsible for the improvement, but it certainly contributed strongly.

My scar had faded from dark brown to light pink and I'm sure after weeks of use the scar will fade to almost nothing. This is oil and not intended to be used on a face with an oily problem.

I have used Mederma and ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 4/26/05 I have used Mederma and other pricey scar gels. This product is reasonably priced, and gives the same results as other scar gels. The only thing that I didn't like about this product was that it took a long time to see results - 2 to 3 months. It lightens the scars, but they are still visible. You need to keep using the product longer to see full results.
