I love these vitamins as they are high quality, food based, and gentle on the stomach. You have to take 6 a day though, and that's pretty tough for someone like me who has a hard time swallowing pills. I prefer the Rainbow Light Just Once. The ingredients are almost identical, you only take 1 a day, and it's cheaper. If you don't mind taking 6, I highly recommend these. They are great!

I love the ingredients of this prenatal. It was recommended to me by several other ladies. It does happen to taste like dry rabbit feed, and is a bit difficult to swallow & remember to take so often. However, the quality outweighs the inconveniences.
