I have a toddler and last year, between October and March, I was sick every 6 weeks with some sort of sinus pain, pressure, sore throat, cough, etc. This year, I decided to curb this pattern and bought the Counter Attack. The instant I feel a tickle in my throat, or see that my child is starting to get sick I start taking Counter Attack. So far I haven't had anything for 3 months. I typically get a reaction to everything I take as well, and the Counter Attack has not upset my stomach or given me any other side effects.
The taste is a little gross, I can definitely taste the Oregano when I take it. And the pills are large.
