My son needed something with iron in it and I could not find anything that had iron in it without aspartame. This brand was recommended to me via a friend. At first my kids (ages 4 and 2) weren't crazy about the taste after coming off those fake sugar packed vitamins but after a week they quickly warmed up to it and now ask for their vitamin everyday. These are pretty large but my 2 year old has no problem chewing them. I find these to also be perfect for my 4 year old who is an extremely picky eater and won't touch vegetables or meat. I don't see myself switching brands anytime soon. I gave it 4 stars only because of the very large size. Other than that everything about this vitamin is perfect. Comments about Rainbow Light Kids One MultiStars Chewable Multivitamin/Mineral, Fruit Punch, 90 chewable tablets: When my daughter was about 2 she wouldn't eat them until I started breaking it into pieces. She's 3 1/2 now and loves them. The come in a couple different flavors. My favorite part is that they are all NATURAL & don't contain any artificial sweeteners, etc. Pros

Comments about Rainbow Light Kids One MultiStars Chewable Multivitamin/Mineral, Fruit Punch, 90 chewable tablets: I would prefer this if the taste was better. Chewables always make it easier to use but the chalkie taste makes this one not looked forward to as much as other brands I have tried. I prefer animal parade and the gold line has extra added things. The cost of these is better in comparison though. If you don't mind the texture I guess they would be fine. I would rather have a daily vitamin that was looked forward to. Pros

Comments about Rainbow Light Kids One MultiStars Chewable Multivitamin/Mineral, Fruit Punch, 90 chewable tablets: I was looking for a natural kid's multi-vite with iron. This was available so I tried it. My 3 year old ate it but was less than enthused to take it again the next day. My 1 year old, who is the one who needs the iron, got half way through chewing, hit the odd aftertaste and immediately spat it out. She refused the next day to even look at it. The tablets are so HUGE that it practically takes up her entire mouth. Pros

Comments about Rainbow Light Kids One MultiStars Chewable Multivitamin/Mineral, Fruit Punch, 90 chewable tablets: My kids ages 2 and 4 look forward to taking these vitamins EVERYDAY! I originally found these at a natural foods store and they are MUCH more expensive there. I love how they include bioavailable vegetables right in the vitamins and the taste is appealing to my kids. I'm not much for the taste but they are tolerable as I try EVERYTHING before I give it to my kids. As far as effectiveness its hard to tell because they still get a yearly cold but an extra boost of Vit C tabs and honey and warm liquids even black coffee helps them and they love it. My kids have very regular BMs now where as my daughter used to be very constipated and go once every 4-5 days now she goes once a day and my son the complete opposite used to go 4 times a day now he's down to one sometimes two healthy movements a day since I started giving these vitamins to them last spring.
