I try to take one every day, I forget sometimes. I can definitely tell when I haven't. Provides a decent energy to my day and provides a good base of vitamins, also. I really like that it is all plant derived and it doesn't mess with my insides, at all!

Rainbow Light products are simply the best. [...] products are not even on the same (FYI: A China company is about to buy [...]) planet as R. Light. I have a SUPER SUPER bad tummy and this is THE ONLY vita. I found that does not upset me because it is all natural. I am a research nut my wife makes fun of me and if you really do your homework about Rainbow Light you will see they are light years ahead of everyone else. I might review a product once or twice a year on the internet and I just wanted to put this out here. If you are looking for a one-a-day multi or any sort of supplement I would only buy Rainbow Light. And if you have a bad tummy like me I only would buy these !!!

Strong enough to use even just 1/2 pill a day!
Much more cost effective for daily use that way.

Gave this to my husband who always shops generic store brands. He is a tough one but actually noticed a difference in two wks. I take the woman's vitamin. These are once a day, no after taste and have a lot of necessary elements.
All their vitamins are excellent, you won't be disappointed

Well balanced vitamin mixture for men. Natural sources of vitamins help with effectiveness. Once a day in the AM keeps energy up all day. While more expensive than some others that use artifical ingredients, less expensive than organic vitamin mixtures with about the same results.

I have tried many different brands of multivitamins and this is the best. I decided to try this brand after reading the well rounded ingredient list and after reading ConsumerLab's approval I came across during a Google search. I take 1 tablet in the morning with breakfast and I actually have more energy during the day than usual, I seem to be able to think and concentrate better also. Bottom line.....try this multivitamin......a little more expensive than some others, but well worth it.

These are great vitamins. They contain whole food based ingredients and plant based enzymes for easy digestion with no stomach upset. Also contains selected herbs to increase energy and stamina throughout the day. I notice the difference when I take these vitamins unlike the typical drugstore vitamin. These also contain tomato (source of lycopene) and saw palmetto for healthy prostate function, and are iron-free because men don't typically need iron.
