These prenatal vitamins are great! I'm in my 3rd trimester and I've been taking them from the beginning of my pregnancy.

They have never made me sick! In fact, the one time I tried to switch to a different (slightly less-expensive) brand, I threw up within 15 mins of taking the other brand of vitamin, and it was then that I was truly convinced that Rainbow Light is far superior to the others. It is truly gentle on the stomach, though I always take it with a meal or a snack.

Also, I take them everyday with a DHA supplement, and I don't know if it's just the vitamins doing their job or if this speaks to my diet as well, but I just my iron levels tested and I am no where near anemic. I'd like to think these vitamins have contributed to that! I would recommend them to any pregnant woman.

I was looking for a complete prenatal for postpartum use -and I only wanted one pill per day. These seemed to check all those boxes! However, after 2 days, I noticed that I was gassy- not painfully, though. But, that night, and 3 nights after, my 5 month old was up for 2-3 hours with gas pains. I also noticed that my urine was brighter yellow- and found the same residue in my daughters diaper! The day after discontinuing use, my daughter was sleeping through the night again. Now I've wasted almost $40 on vitamins I'll never use!

Comments about Rainbow Light Prenatal One Multivitamin, Tablets, 150 ea:

It is great taking it only once per day. Easy on stomach. Other product was taken before breakfast then I felt bad. No gluten, no wheat. 100% natural. What else should I desire more? As much as I can say this is far the best I ever used.

Comments about Rainbow Light Prenatal One Multivitamin, Tablets, 150 ea:

Of course, like most prenatal vitamins, this one is pretty big. It smells kind of funky, but I like the fact that it's food-based nutrition, and 100% natural, even the coating, with NO fillers. It also was a pretty good deal for 150 tablets plus the size means I won't have to order every month. Once a day is easy enough to remember and its easy on the stomach. I'm happy with this vitamin supplement.

Comments about Rainbow Light Prenatal One Multivitamin, Tablets, 150 ea:

I began taking these vitamins, not because I was pregnant, but because they have all the best nutrients for woman's body and they really are gentle on the stomach. I've taken them regularly for 2-3 years now and notice significantly when I miss a few days. I recently was out for nearly 2 weeks... first I became irregular, then I noticed lower energy and an overall groggy-ness.
I do suggest always to have a little something to eat with this vitamin. Although they are gentle; they can still give a bit of an upset when taken on an empty stomach.

Comments about Rainbow Light Prenatal One Multivitamin, Tablets, 150 ea:

I moved at the beginning of my pregnancy and had to switch doctors. My first doctor gave me a prescription for pre-natal vitamins, which I could not fill in my new home town. My new OB recommended this (and he sells them in his office for $25 for 90 Tablets). I was running low and thought I'd take a look here before my next appointment - and the 150 Tablets are on sale for [$]!This does not make me nauseous and gassy like other vitamins!!

Comments about Rainbow Light Prenatal One Multivitamin, Tablets, 150 ea:

I bought this product because of the reviews. I was taking on Folic Acid and felt it wasn't enough to help conceive. I had not spoken to my doctor before about prenatal vitamins so I was led by reviews. I have to say this product works well, the only noticeable changes is my urine is bright yellow, but normal.
There is no aftertaste and I take it in the morning before my coffee. The pill is large but is easy to swallow with lots of water. I only had to spit it out once.
Hope this helps you decide, but I love it! Worth the price.

I really can't say whether this is good for my health or not. I can say that these were recommended by a friend's midwife and I find them good enough to take every day. I didn't notice a difference between theseor the presciption ones I took last pregnancy. I love that it is only one tablet. However, I can't swallow them with water, I have to swallow them as I swallow a mouthfull of food. They do not have a coating so they start to break up as I fail to swallow them. I like them enough to keep buying them.

I use this daily instead of my (insanely) expensive prescription prenatal vitamin. I don't feel any side effects from it, and it is pretty easy to swallow even though it is large. The only downfall is that it does taste pretty bad. There is no aftertaste but if you happen to get a taste of it when you are taking it, it's not pleasant. I like this vitamin because it is made from all natural ingredients so there's nothing artificial in the coating, etc. I would definitely recommend this - the price is great too!

Great product. I've been taking these for the last 3 years, for 2 pregnancies and while nursing. Love that they have digestive emzymes in them that helps the vitamins be easy on the stomach. I think it is great that there is also herbs like ginger and red raspberry leaf that are also great during pregnancy. Hard to find a prenatal vitamin that's source of calcium is not oyster shells (which have been known to contain lead), so I was very happy to find this one. Also love that there is no food coloring in these vitamins.

I used these when I was pregnant with my first child and loved them. I was terribly nauseous the whole pregnancy and these somehow didn't exacerbate my nausea. And, so convenient to only take one a day vs. the others where you must take 6 per day...I mean, really? When pregnant, I can't even remember to brush my teeth, like it would be realistic to remember taking a million vitamins a day??! I highly recommend these.
