These prenatal vitamins are great! I'm in my 3rd trimester and I've been taking them from the beginning of my pregnancy.

They have never made me sick! In fact, the one time I tried to switch to a different (slightly less-expensive) brand, I threw up within 15 mins of taking the other brand of vitamin, and it was then that I was truly convinced that Rainbow Light is far superior to the others. It is truly gentle on the stomach, though I always take it with a meal or a snack.

Also, I take them everyday with a DHA supplement, and I don't know if it's just the vitamins doing their job or if this speaks to my diet as well, but I just my iron levels tested and I am no where near anemic. I'd like to think these vitamins have contributed to that! I would recommend them to any pregnant woman.

I was looking for a complete prenatal for postpartum use -and I only wanted one pill per day. These seemed to check all those boxes! However, after 2 days, I noticed that I was gassy- not painfully, though. But, that night, and 3 nights after, my 5 month old was up for 2-3 hours with gas pains. I also noticed that my urine was brighter yellow- and found the same residue in my daughters diaper! The day after discontinuing use, my daughter was sleeping through the night again. Now I've wasted almost $40 on vitamins I'll never use!

Comments about Rainbow Light Prenatal One Multivitamin, Tablets, 150 ea:

I've been taking these for years. They are a very well-rounded, complete multivitamin for pregnant women. I almost gave 4 stars because I don't love the new bottle - kind of hard to open.

Comments about Rainbow Light Prenatal One Multivitamin, Tablets, 150 ea:

Terrific product. I researched several of the one a day formulas and thought this was the best by far.

I will say though, I prefer the rainbowlight complete version. I had been taking complete for several months and decided to try this version since it's just one pill a day and less money. I switched back after a week to the complete version; I liked it more, felt even better on it, the additional digestive support makes such a big difference.

But if you can't handle taking pills or don't want to deal with it, this is the best once daily prenatal.

Comments about Rainbow Light Prenatal One Multivitamin, Tablets, 150 ea:

I took this product before, during and still after my pregnancy. I generally get sick from multivitamins, but this one never made me queasy.. when I was pregnant, there were a few times I had a hard time swallowing the pill, but to be fair, I had a hard time eating, so I won't blame the pill.
Now that I am breastfeeding, I still take these- my baby has barely been ill for her first year, and I think the probiotics are helping us both!

I am allergic to fish and soy so to find a prenatal vitamin that had neither, I was beyond thrilled. I have been taking these for the past 3 years and will continue to take them until I am completely done breastfeeding. Another great thing is that it doesn't upset my stomach at all. And if you have ever been pregnant or nursing that is huge. I am extremely happy with Prenatal One!

I have been on this vitamin for years- since my male gyno said he takes them. He said "If they are good enough for pg women, they are good enough for me." They are gentle on the stomach- you never get "vitamin tummy ache". They are also good on providing energy with lots of vit. B. They are not that wasy to swallow, but comparable with other multi-vits- and you only have to take one a day.

These seem great. They are about the same size as any vitamin I've ever taken, so if you've taken multivitamins before then they shouldn't seem large. No stomach upset - I take them with dinner, but it says you can take them without food. Basically, they are easy - just once a day, seem to contain everything that is needed, and cause no problems. I haven't noticed any benefits from using them (that I can see or feel), but I've been taking multivitamins forever so there's probably no real difference.

My husband and I are TTC and I wanted to start getting ready by taking a multivitamin. I did extensive research on different pre-natal vitamins and Rainbow Light came out on top. I like the fact that it is 100% natural, free of animal ingredients AND wheat free, gluten free, sugarfree and dairy free. I definitely feel more alert since I began taking these a month ago and I defintely notice the difference on the days when I have forgotten to take it. Absolutley worth the $$.

Rainbow Light Prenatal One Multivitamin, Tablets

                 – As an expectant mother, you want to give your baby the best possible start in life and that means ensuring that you eat a well-balanced diet. A woman's nutritional needs are different during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. As a result, many obstetricians recommend that women add a prenatal vitamin to their diets. Rainbow Light Prenatal One Multivitamin Tablets contain a natural formula that is easy to take and gentle on the stomach to make adding a prenatal multivitamin to your diet as simple as possible.

Scientifically Formulated for Prenatal and Postnatal Health

Rainbow Light Prenatal One Multivitamin Tablets were developed by a team of nutritionists, scientists and medical experts with the goal of providing a complete array of essential nutrients for expectant and nursing mothers. The formula is rich in iron and folic acid, two nutrients that are often recommended for expectant and new mothers. The supplement also contains a wide range of essential vitamins and minerals to complement a healthy diet.

                Natural and Easy to Digest

Unlike other prenatal vitamins, Rainbow Light Prenatal One Multivitamin Tablets are made from whole foods, not chemically manufactured nutrients. The formula also contains enzymes from plants that combine with the natural food ingredients to potentially boost efficacy. The vitamin formula is designed to be gentle on the stomach. You only need to take one easy-to-swallow tablet per day.

A Formula from the Leader in Prenatal Vitamins

Rainbow Light has produced dietary supplements using natural whole foods for more than 25 years. Rainbow Light Prenatal One Multivitamin Tablets are 100 percent natural and completely free of synthetic dyes, artificial flavors and chemical preservatives.
