I am VERY active and use this right after I complete my workout. I use it in a shaker cup and drink as I leave the gym. I also used it recently while recovering from surgery and unable to workout to help keep my body healthy. I like the rice protein (as opposed to whey). I am trying to lower my gluten exposure and this fits in perfect.

this protein product has spirulina and other good ingredients for building up my weak daughter, Its perfect for enhancing overall health and I like no animal product ingredients
