So I was very skeptical when I first purchased this product, but I thought "what the heck, I'll give it a try" since Dr. Oz recommended it. I am so glad I did, because it has been 1 week since I've been using this and I am down 8 pounds!! That is with absolutely so exercise at all either! I'm starting a workout regemine this week so I can't wait to see what my results will be like now that I will be incorporating physical activity. I take 1 capsule in the morning with breakfast and another in the afternoon with lunch. I feel great and have not deprived myself of the foods I love either. I eat whatever i want but have noticed that I do not really need the larger portions i was used to eating before. My energy level is up too (cleaned my whole house from top to bottom in 1 day! LOL) I have already recommended this product to my mom & sisters and they have just purchased them!

This product worked well for me and I have lost 5 pounds in one week so far. I think this is mainly because it caused a noticeable increase in my energy levels. I already eat a proper, healthy diet and have been a regular exerciser for years, but had recently gained about 10 pounds due to the stress of starting a new job and dealing with health problems of a family member. This drained my energy, which made me tired and less inclined to want to exercise lately and I wanted to try something to kickstart my getting back on track with diet and exercise. For that purpose, this worked.

This product is not a magic pill that will make you lose weight if you continue to overeat and do not exercise, but it does support your energy levels. If you have more energy, you will be ready to exercise and less likely to overeat because you are tired or stressed.

It has NO side effects and if other reviewers are experiencing sweating or irritability, they probably need to look for another culprit in their life. After all this is simply concentrated raspberries. Fruit doesn't have side effects other than possibly making you slightly gassy, which this occasionally did. That's why I took away one star.

Product does not work, used two bottles...made me sweat and irritable. Don't waste your money, just stop eating junk food!
