My boy was so excited to get his scooter, after 2 weeks excitement turned into frustration. The battery stopped taking a charge, we called Razor and they sent a new charger. 9 days later received the charger and it did not resolve the issue. They then determined that it was the battery and informed us they had none in stock and that it would take about a month to get the new one. :(

The whole family loves it. My daughter's got it from my mother for her 4th birthday. It is a little too big for her but she rides with another member of our family. I ride with her, my husband rides with her and my 13 year old son rides with her.The total weight at one time would be approximatively 170lbs which is over the recommended allowance but it rolls at a great speed.
