I was pleasantly surprised at how good this taste. I do about 2 tbsp a day, sometimes I add a little to my protein shakes. It is recommended to use for several weeks before results start to be noticed. It has only been a month for me, by the time I've reach the end of the 90 day p90x program I'm doing I'll be ready to write a follow up review. I am going to order another bottle. It is sweet and could easily be mixed into yogurt or a smoothie to camaflouge the taste; however, I prefer to just take it from a spoon, no problem because it doesn't have a yucky medicine taste like I expected it to.

On the label it mentions that study results were with post-menapausal women, which I am not. I read several articles on this product, but do not remember reading that or I would not have ordered. If you are pre-menapausal I would not recommend. I have used for 2 weeks with not results.
As for post-menapausal may be worth a try.

On the plus side, I ordered the Berry Fusion and it tasted great!

Saw this on Dr Oz and decided that the list of benefits was worth a try. My husband has been using it fairly faithfully and has lost an inch or two off his middle. It may work best with people actually dieting which he is not but he still has lost some inches. (Maybe 2 in 6 weeks) Plus it is supposed to have other benefits as well so for less than a dollar a day in a month, it was worth trying imho.

Take 2 spoonfulls of this everyday, usually before a meal. You will notice a flatter, less pouchy stomach within a month, its worth it. It was on the show Dr. OZ, proven to work, takes time though, but you do feel the difference.

The product is ok can't say that I lost any weight using it.. one huge note.. the directions say you can take a tablespoon without adding it to anything but I don't advise it. My husband and I both got very sick doing that.. felt nauseous like we were going to vomit.. horrible feeling.. put it in a drink or mix into yogurt...everyone is different maybe it would work for you but I didn't get good results..

I had high hopes for this, but 5 days later, I had to go to the doctor for allergic reaction. Dried out my face & every moisturizer I used irritated my skin, turning it red & swollen.
