Love SafSlim it is very effcetive. I started using it febuary 2012. I was getting married. And needed to lose a few pounds. To get into my wedding dress. And I did. In only two months.I really did not have to workout, just like it said. But I did. It made it more effective.Because I have taken SafSlim so much I only take it once amonth now. Because it is in my system. Sometimes I go for two months on in, and take it. It is really effective like that. Try it and you will Love ! I take the tangerine. Great ! taste. For me the more I use it. the less I need. Dr Oz recommened this product.

I purchased this product after reading an artcile on the founder of the company in a magazine. I got this 6 weeks post knee surgery (ACL tear). The reason I got this is I could not workout or perform any cardio due to my knee and I was seriously worried about weight gain because I am athletic (I went from running 3 miles a day to crutches and proned out on the bed 24/7). As predicted after 8 weeks of inactivity my muslces turned to moosh and I experienced some weigh gain. I started this product and over a short period lost 5 pounds. I will continue to use this until full recovery which is 6 more months.

I am not sure what is the purpose of this product. As far as I have experienced, it does not work. I am fit and exercise regularly. It tastes aweful too. A total waste of [$].

I've only tried the tangerine flavor and it is delicious! I use it straight out of the bottle. I've been using it before dinner and have been following a low calorie diet for 2 months (so far) to try to lose weight. I have lost about 14 pounds, and I feel this product has helped me lose belly fat. I havnen't measured, so I'm just basing that on how my clothes fit. I've already ordered a 2nd bottle and am going to purchase the to-go packets so I can start using it prior to lunch as well. I really feel it helps curb my appetite. Don't know if the berry flavor is as good, but I love the orange so much that I don't want to try anything different!

I have been using this product for several months.I notice after about 16 weeks of usage a flatter abdomen and as I continue use I have maintained the appearance of a flatter belly.I not sure what will happen when I stop but for now it's been a success.

I first saw this mentioned when Montell Williams was on the Dr. Oz show. I have taken this product for over 3 months and I can notice that I am not snacking throughout the day.

I am 5 ft 3 in and low 100s, so I use this product to maintain my weight. My mother who is 5 ft 4in and 220 lbs uses this product as well and we can notice that she is eating with portion control.

It definitely helps that the orange flavor tastes like icecream creamsicles (or orange shorbet). I admit the berry flavor was bareable but not my favorite.

FYI: It does state that it takes approx. 16 wks to see improvements but it is worth the wait. I have done my research and Drugstore.com has the lowest price on the market as well.

There are 3 of us using this product and we use one bottle every 2 weeks, so that should give you a good idea how many you need to order. I generally order 2 or 3 bottles at a time because the product sometimes goes out of stock temporarily.
